Great Location. 10 minutes from the FLL airport, 10 minutes from Las Olas and a short walk to one of the best beaches of Fort Lauderdale. Great sunset views with ships and yatchs crossing through the inlet. Brand new furniture. Includes wi-fi and cable. Great amenities in the building, heated pool, gym, bbq area and party room. Tenant must be approved by the association.
