We stayed the night before a Disney cruise and we got a shuttle from the airport with ease. We arrived after dark and were rattled because we missed a flight along the way. The elevator was out of commission and we had to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs. Our room had a broken knob going into the bathroom and a rim of soap scum coated the bathtub. We were stuck with the accommodation. We went to bed, which very clean and comfy. And woke up feeling much better. The room was good quality, quiet, air conditioning was easy to adjust, and the morning staff were busy but helpful. We were going to get a shuttle to the port costing $15 each until we checked out ride share and realized it was only $12 for the 2 of us. We were happy with the breakfast bar because there was a good selection including hot waffles, yogurt, sausages and cheese omelets as well as breakfast cereal and toast. It wasn't exactly gluten free friendly but we didn't expect it to be. Overall, the location, safety, and breakfast balanced out the elevator, soapscum and broken knob. I would recommend it because the price was in line with the quality.

Close to the airport, shuttle services very efficient. Room clean, tidy and very comfortable beds. Staff friendly, efficient in their duties. Marc attentive and very good at his job in ensuring every guest was attended to, and took it upon himself to arrange transportation for us to Miami cruise terminal

I would like to start this message by saying that your employee Dai was excellent. She was very helpful from the moment we walked through the door. My wife made a mistake with the days and Dai pointed it out very professionally, but more importantly helped us immediately and found a solution. This was so comforting especially since it was our fault and we were very tired and just wanted to get some rest. Please ensure that she receive this message and you guys (the company) treat her right. It's hard to find good employees. That being said, the rooms was very, very nice and everything was perfect. That is also hard to find as usually we have some issue with rooms we have reserved, not at this hotel, but others. You guys have a wonderful hotel and we have nothing but good things to say about it or our stay.

We always stay at this property when my wife and family fly into Fort Lauderdale to go on a cruise, and the shuttle bus from the hotel comes and pick us up when we call everything is close by and in walking distance. We will be back again,❤️❤️
