Housekeeping does an outstanding job keeping the rooms immaculately clean and comfortable.
But the killer is the reception: complete failure, total disaster. No courtesy, no customer service skills whatsoever, no common sense.
I arrived at the hotel early. Because of that and to display their ghettoness, wickedness and greed, she managed to keep me and my family sitting at a little table waiting for close to 5 hours instead of having a room ready for us. And to top it off, she had the nerves to ask me for $15 if I want her to get a room ready for me, while other guests kept checking in and out right in front of us.. That’s disgusting. I still feel sick in my stomach.
Best Western needs to watch out.
