What they don’t tell you about the shuttle is they make you wait hours after waiting 2 hrs we finally took a taxi just so we can get out the heat. Then they still charged us for early check in I feel like that should have been waived since we had to wait so long. One of the reasons we booked the hotel is so we can get a shuttle to the hotel and we didn’t even get it.

The airport shuttle provided was confusing. We weren’t sent any pickup details, instead had to call the hotel for details. Told us to wait at pick up point F. After waiting for 45 mins (and seeing the shuttle van drive by us multiple times and several calls back to the hotel) the hotel staff told us there are two F pick up points (this makes absolutely zero sense). So that was annoying. The staff weren’t that friendly either. The cost of the hotel was $$
