We didn’t like the check in process. It seems as though it was a scam. We checked in and our name was put on a list for 15 dollars. Half an hour later our room was ready. Anything to make an extra buck. In other hotels if the room is ready early they give it to you without charging. It’s amazing how many extra 15 dollars per person were collected.

There was no in room dafe which is our fault as we should have paid better attention. The front desk thought there were safes but no.So rather than have to hide our valuables we chose not to have service. A lady who was not a guest got inside the hotel and stole food from the breakfast and towels off the cart and we discovered she has a key to the maintenence room from one of the hotel staff as we saw her swipe a key when we were sitting by the pool. I mentioned it to the fro t desk and he said no big deal.
