Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking and easy access to the freeway. Bed is comfortable. Cons: Towels are rough. Room is very dated and worn out, especially the bath/shower. Overall, we would stay here again, if it's a short stay.

Front desk was friendly. This place is dated. There is a horrible stench on second floor…smells like cleaning supply o top of unknown odor. Room itself appeared clean and I was only here for one night. Could hear people in other rooms talking, coughing etc. had to drown out with my TV. Construction site next door in a not great neighborhood does not add any appeal.

This property does not look like the picture they advertise. It’s filthy, moldy and out dated. I checked in and went to the room and it smelled like mold, furniture was old and dirty. Stains all over and dusty so imagine how the bed would be. I did not feel comfortable to stay, I did have a good experience with the manager Ivie, she was understanding and professional. I’m thankful for that.

Safely walkable to and from Chase Stadium. Desk staff were super friendly and helpful but everything else about our stay was pretty bad. The whole hotel smelled horrible. The elevator was so smelly that we took the stairs. The breakfast was fairly gross and there was not enough seating for us. The water shower pressure was a trickle at best. Toilet ran all night. Very old building and showing a lot of wear and tear. The room was dirty and LEGO under the chair when we arrived so it may not be vacuumed regularly. The coffee machine in the room was filthy inside. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. Worst one in a while.

When we got into the hotel the smell was awful, the front desk attendant told us to visit the room before checking in because they were under maintenance. We tryed getting into the room buy it was really disgusting, not only the smell but also the carpets, elevators, etc. We went back down and told the attendant about and she decided to cancel the reservarion because she could not give us a room that fit minimum conditions. I need to get 100% refound. I had to go for a new hotel reservation at 2am with my 76 years old dad

Nice staff and good price. The hotel smelled musky and was not very clean. The gym bicycle did not work, I had to unplug and plug the treadmill to get it to work. The only cardio machine that worked was the elliptical. A bigger gym with more options would have been nice. Breakfast was a plus but I wish it was real eggs

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We booked two rooms—for my family. Despite this, we were placed on the third floor, which was under renovation. The hallway was dirty, with debris and furniture stacked along the walls. In our rooms, the electrical outlets didn’t work, the refrigerator was broken, and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. If someone else on the third floor used a tap, the water would stop flowing until they turned it off. There was also a very strong smell of paint in the room. We were in Fort Lauderdale for my grandmother's funeral, so we endured the conditions rather than searching for new accommodations. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay we’ve experienced.

Terrible experience. We booked two rooms, one for three people (my wife, daughter and I) and one for my parents. They put us on the third floor, regardless of the fact that this floor was undergoing renovation. The hallway was filthy, full of debris and furniture piled up against the walls. In the rooms, the electrical outlets did not work, the refrigerator was broken and there was not enough water pressure to take a shower. If someone else turned on the water tap on the third floor, the flow would stop completely until the other person turned it off. The smell of paint in the room was very strong. The reason for our visit to Fort Lauderdale was to attend the funeral services for my grandmother who passed away that week, so we simply put up with the situation so we wouldn't have to look for another place to stay. In short, this was the worst hotel we have stayed in in the past 20 years.

Choose something else.
Let me start by saying I have never left a review before. But this rating for this hotel is deceptive at best. The smells in this hotel are awful. The bathroom smelled like rotten dirty belly buttons. I couldn’t even stand to be in there long enough to use the toilet, and I certainly couldn’t be in there long enough to use the shower. The hallway was so stuffy and smelled like it was chain-smoked in for 30 years. We were checked in for 14 hours, but only occupied the room for 5 hours. I could not leave fast enough. But to add insult to injury, the elevator ride down at 5am slapped me with one last smell-vomit. The rest of the room and hotel itself is dated and worn. I wasn’t expecting a 5-star experience but the price I paid for this hotel was NOT justified.
