Its was a great stay as usual. Stayed here while we had our son move into his college dorm. We had a Suv full of things, i felt comfortable valeting the vehicle. I always feel the Conrad does their best to have us enjoy our stay.

High price low customer service
Beautiful luxury hotel terrible customer service. I was unable to check in until 5pm missing out on pool/sun time. Management did nothing to accommodate guest and had over 20-25 people just standing in their lobby desperately waiting for their room. No complementary water or late check out offers. For over 500$ a night this was terrible service. I would’ve been treated better at the Westin down the street for 1/2 the price. It just isn’t giving luxury.

I would highly recommend Conrad Ft. Lauderdale hotel! We had a fabulous time and the staff, properly, amenities & ocean front views from room were amazing!
