I recently attempted to stay at this property, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The building is in dire need of upgrades, and the service was below par. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk for at least 15 minutes, and once someone finally appeared, they couldn’t locate my reservation in their system. Additionally, they were unable to accommodate an early check-in as requested. After dealing with these issues, I ultimately decided to stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major improvements are made to both the facility and customer service.

Nice but could be better.
The accommodations were great. During check in I was asked how often I wanted my room attended. I responded daily. Housekeeping never made a bed nor changed the sheets during my six days there. I received towels twice. One day I left the trash out in hallway for emptying.

There were ants in the bathroom sink area & toilet/shower area. They were also on the towels. Also in the hallway near the elevator. Had to get housekeeping to clean it up & bring new towels. Couldn’t use the sink area. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this Marriott!

My room had a roach on the TV so I got rid of it (it’s Florida so I understand there are bugs). However, the next morning there were 3 small ones on the desk. I stay was only a two night stay and housekeeping never arrived. I’ll let the front desk know these things on my departure and I was told that a two night stay doesn’t warrant housekeeping. Based on the bug situation I beg to differ.

Was great having the additional living space compared to other hotels in the area. We’ve been a few times to Plantation and this hotel is so convenient, in a fantastic area and felt very safe.
