My family and I came into town. From the moment we arrived it was a filthy experience. There were people hanging out up front. Their key card machine work, so every time we needed to be let into our room a manager had to open the door. Apparently, it’s been out for a week. Elevator smelled terrible, the hallway carpets where filthy. Upon entering the room we saw 2 roaches we had to kill. By the time we settled in there was a roaches everywhere. Around the furniture, the walls, the tv. Parts of the bathroom rods missing, paint chip, mold on the ceilings, clogged sink and low water pressure. We had to immediately ask to cancel our stay and book elsewhere. The photos do not depict what the hotel offers. This hotel is definitely a stay for those who are transition into different housing. We will not return.

I hate going to a hotel on vacation, and the pool is not operational. This is a vacation spoiler. The pool was closed, and they couldn't say when it would be cleaned. Poor management of hotel. This is probably the worst extended stay that I have been to. The staff is not really friendly and warming. Have to go to the front desk for everything: towels, toilet paper, etc. and you can only get what you need between a certain time. And whats up with the room service these days in these hotels, four days and they wouldn't check to see if you need to sweep the floor.

The room was ok, although some of the light switches and lamps were a little inconsistent with actually working. Also, the shower was weird and dripped all night no matter which setting you had it on as did the toilet when you flushed (from the top of the tank, almost like the pressure was too high). When it comes to cleanliness, the room was clean but the hallways reeked of old, stale frying oil. I almost gagged on my way to and from the elevator every time. Finally, the front desk was poorly manned and the people weren't very helpful or friendly. I was waiting a good 10 minutes or so trying to check in behind a little girl who just wanted some toilet paper. I have no idea how long she was standing there, but from her body language, it'd been a good few minutes. She also wasn't helpful when it came to giving directions and acted like I already knew where everything around town was. Check out was just as bad as the only information I received on it at check in was what time I had to bout out by. I waited another 10 -15 minutes for someone to even appear behind the desk, which was very frustrating as I was on my way to a class. She barely gave me the time of day when she did appear and apparently all I had to do to check out was tell her my room number. No key drop or anything else.

Stay away!!! Bad area, worse hotel
This place was awful. The girl at the front desk was not interested in working. She didn’t greet anyone and was rude when she actually had to do her job. Our room was supposed to be ready at 3. We were a family that had to mandatory evacuate due to Hurricane Milton and it was my family including three kids. When asked to check in early they said it wasn’t ready which is fine, but when asked if she could call me when it is, she rolled her eyes. We sat in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting and tried to check in at 3 only to be told our room isn’t ready and they were trying to switch our room. But the room they wanted to give us wasn’t ready. So we waited another hour and a half. They got confused multiple times. The room was dirty and stunk, and had someone’s clothes in the bathroom still. Our key card lock on our door stopped working and they never sent maintenance like they were supposed to. There are zero amenities. People hanging around outside looked sketchy. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and we will never come back.

No caution was provided about the property’s recent flooding from Hurricane Helene. Trash and debris present throughout the exterior. The odor of mold was heavy inside. Rooms reeked of mildew and cigarette smoke. Street people hung around the entrance and exits, smoking nicotine and other substances. Front doors appeared not to have been cleaned in weeks. Rarely anyone staffing the front desk. Room was to be ready at 3 pm; finally able to check in at 5:30 pm. Door to room and exit to outside locks weren’t secure; homeless people were sleeping in parking lot in cars; they also had access to stairwell, as people kept propping door open with rocks. Noise from sirens and people trying our door lock all night was distressing. Couldn’t get a decent cup of coffee. Bath towels, one per person, were pitiful. Would never again consider a hotel in this chain - apparently no corporate support available during a crisis state ?!

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks didn’t really have a choice because of the situation i was in but oh well. a lot of my stuff was thrown out and stolen along with my passport and birth certificate. the General manager is very nasty and rude. they called the police on me because it gotten very late and i was waiting on some money to come in so i can check in to the room. the giraffe looking lady with the dreads and the general manger lied to the police and told them extra stuff as well. so the police made me sit out side in the rain with all my stuff. the a couple days later some more of my stuff went missing . they barely wanted to give towels and wash cloths.
