Well the hotel is great the guests are terrible dragging chairs, slamming doors all night, banging on walls,furniture in the rooms talking outside in front the rooms loud multiple groups hanging outside very chatty other then that I’m glad I had somewhere to rest while I’m going through a crisis I wish I didn’t have to pay all the extra fees always and I could’ve had more discounts like free rooms from all the booking I did but I love the staff here and the hotel very convenient thanks grand hotel for my stays!.

I would not recommend this property to my clients. This property should be taken off your list. It has very noisy people that like to yell at each other. I had to insist on getting a room with a fride and microwave because the first room they gave me had neither even though the room was supposed to have one. Their are obviously people living here and that is never a good hotel for a visitor to stay at. Not to mention the area was unsafe.

Roach infested & Poor Conditions
The room was a poolside view. I originally asked for a smoking room but was informed via e-mail that all rooms are non smoking. They could’ve fooled me. There’s no trash can in the room. No ice bucket or trays for ice. The bathroom was non properly cleaned. There was hair on the walls in the shower. There was a whole in the wall like someone got into a fight. The walls were dirty. There was a stain on the chair like someone pissed on it. I woke up and killed 3 roaches. I immediately checked out. I was afraid I would catch something or bring rodents back. The plug outlets were loose I was afraid I would get shocked. The lamp was dirty. Beware of room twosixteen. I took video not pictures. Sorry.

Dirty homeless ppl all outside in the building yelling all times throughout the night staff cursing yelling in lobby. Tub spray painted and started peeling while showering bed sheet had burn holes in them door to restroom would not shut had to shower and use toilet with door open sink kept stopping up no cover around electrical sockets afraid of getting electrocuted

I saw the reviews for this place, and I thought that I was in for it. I will say, I did a pretty decent inspection of the room and it was all clean. Yes it smelled like bleach when I walked in, but I'd rather it smell like that than smell like excrement. Plus the smell went away pretty quickly. Overall, way better than I expected with the running reviews some things I would fix before giving 5 stars but in terms of staying for the night, it was perfectly fine. Staff was helpful and got me checked in quickly.

Ankle-deep water in bathtub before use; likely source from toilet. Furniture is old and worn-out. Television remote control not compatible with TV. Linens were clean, but no bath mat. Also included surcharges for parking and "resort," which is silly.

You get what you pay for
Lots of issues. No refrigerator or microwave. No liners for ice buckets. Tv is extremely small. Very low water pressure in shower. Ac is ice cold. Bed was very comfortable, but sheets were on top of blanket.
