The property is not as described online. It's old and dirty. When we arrived our room wasn't ready. The bed pillows were tiny. The room wasn't supplied with enough bedding. The front desk was able to supply with me with more and regular size pillows. I will not stay again.

Fair at Hyatt House

Airport transfer a total nightmare, as airline crew can bump passengers off shuttle. We called ahead, shuttle came, refused to board us because airline crew showed up. We waited another 45 min after flying all day, and calling twice more. They need another van! Hyatt House much more dated than Hyatt Place across street. Booked House in error. The BEST thing was GREAT front desk folks! Diplomatic, kind, and helpful!

Property is awesome. In walking distance to entertainment and dining. Very nice and very clean. Breakfast is free but horrible but there are great food options within walking distance.

Room was spacious with a kitchen. Clean and comfortable hotel with complimentary shuttle to the airport. Breakfast had a good selection but the coffee and juices could be much better quality.
