House keeping needs to be improved in my personal opinion they are lazy because they don’t have a set time sometimes they come at 9 am when you are still sleeping or 5:30 pm when you just getting back in. Then they do not speak English

Exceeded my expectation for the price we paid

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price that we paid. It was very clean and comfortable the room was spacious and had a full kitchen with utensils etc. It's the type of hotel that you would be comfortable staying at for a few days. The only negative was the size of the bed. Being double beds instead of Queens. We arrived early and were checked in without any hesitation. The lady at check in was very pleasant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again..

We like to stay to Hyatt House for the convenience as it is close to stores and restaurants. Has secure parking and easy check in/out. The rooms need to be updated....our shower door couldnt stay closed and the front door had to be pulled shut. I believe the door needs to shaved on the sides. Also, USB sockets would be a great addition.

Lack of security they tried to break into our room while we’re asleep with the key card which we had inside in our room so I don’t know if it was and inside job or one of the sta ff member trying to break in … plus the mattress has no cushion at all it’s like sleeping on the floor..The staff does there job of checking you in an out.. But when I told them about the break in they weren’t shocked about they just they just said will look into it..We not stay here again..
