I went down for my sister’s funeral which was sudden and I was give short notice. . I was told it would be on Wednesday morning so I booked a room from Tuesday, August 6 to Friday, August 9. Shortly after I booked it I was told the funeral would be Wednesday afternoon so I decided to fly down Wednesday morning instead. When I called to reschedule my room I was told I couldn’t get reimbursed. So then I booked another reservation from August 7 to August 10. When I got to the hotel on commercial Boulevard, next to the Sawgrass Expressway, they said I was at the wrong hotel. It was the hotel up the street, which I would not have booked for. I asked if they could switch over the reservation and they said they could not that I would have to book, a room there again and not get reimbursed or have the fee transferred from the hotel up the street. So I had to pay again for three nights.. I would like to be reimbursed for the hotel that I did not go to and possibly the nights that I had canceled though I was there From Wednesday evening to Saturday morning. Someone else told me they had the same problem that it was booked in the wrong hotel! Can you please help me with this? I don’t feel like I should pay for a hotel three times!
