kinda disappointing
There is a strong chemical smell on the property from whatever cleaning solution is used. My room was not thoroughly cleaned and I saw a clump of hair on the floor and the desk has stains. The walls were thin and I heard everyone walking by. The AC was also very loud. I was looking forward to using the pool but it looked gross with debris covering the top and I didn't see anyone using the pool during my stay. I was informed that the pool was only cleaned twice a week and that the next time the pool would be cleaned was Tuesday. I arrived on Friday & left Sunday so it was very disappointing that the pool was not cleaned daily. There were also guests sitting by the pool smoking weed and nothing was done about the smell. Tried to print something in the business center which had 2 printers but neither was working. Breakfast was alright and the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient.

The carpet was dirty in my room and the bed had a few grains of hair and also the shower area was full of hair. The gym smell high was sweat. The staff was friendly and courteous

Everything was good except for the rooms. It may be because of the recent storm but the closets for my room was filled with mold/mildew. After about 10-20 minutes in the room we had to change rooms. Additionally, the new room also had a moldy/midew smell. It wasnt as strong as my previous room but it was still there. To fix it precautions could be taken prior to heavy rain storms and dehumidifiers could be installed in each room, electric and chemical in case there is a power loss.

First room we got smelled like mold. There was literally mold growing on the lamp shade. They moved us 2 doors down and it was even worse. After smelling two more more we got a room on the first floor that was livable. We had no other choice but to stay here as we had both been up for 2 days driving and just needed to get into a room. Building is old and needs a lot of work. They tried to mask the smell with some type of oily goo cleaner to overpower the mold smell. Staff was nice and tried to keep finding us a room. Not their fault.
