The valet is a scam. Makes you pay $25 a night for them to park your car less than 100ft away. Room, bedding, and pool not clean. Restaurant didnt give all food that was listed and didnt provide everything

This property is a great value for the price. It’s very nice and updated. Staff is great - from the front desk to the valet’s. I loved the common areas where you can work on your laptop, sit by the ocean and enjoy the pool. The rooms were excellent and clean and the espresso coffee in the rooms was delicious! Many thanks to all of the front desk staff for their over and above accommodations as well as to the valets who took great care of us and our car during our 2 week stay! I now have a new favorite hotel!

The place is beautiful. The beachfront was beautiful. The only complaint I have is the walls are paper thin… so I could hear the person next to us arguing with their significant other. Also parking is kind of weird. It’s only valet parking….

No full American coffee maker- only cash accepted at restaurant due to storm, restaurant doesn’t even open. For breakfast til 830 am. You have to pay for chairs, outdoor shower on beach did not work. Beautiful location but def some better places out there! Valet is required to park there- all of these details need to be in the Expedia listing.

Beautiful property right on the ocean. Pets are welcome. Valet parking. Rooms are very nice and updated. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I will definitely stay at Sonder properties again in the future.

BEWARE!! If you have a pet, they charge $125 per pet. I stayed for 1 night, which cost was $120 for that night. When I got to reception they forced me to pay $125 for my 20lb dog for ONE night!! Aside from having my credit card on file, in case of anything (my dog peed, stained something etc) to charge me, which would've been OK... but charging a Pet fee more than the actual stay is ridiculous!! Never again!! Expedia stated "Pet friendly", they should add next to it, with a fee. Or when checking out in the Expedia page, prompt you if you are going to bring a pet and if so let you know about the fee. I am super dissatisfied with Sonder and Expedia. Sonder, will never have us as guest, ever.

Where to start… I have stays at other Sonder hotels and have loved it. This one… the valet parking was aweful, tight , staff was difficulr, asking the hotel for help with valet and was informed “they don’t work for us can’t do anything for you. They were having construction on site and did not inform the guest of the constant drilling sound all day long - the elevators were broken, not great having to talk down 3 flight of stairs with bad knees. Talk about noise… all day and and all night… if you are going to have a hotel for god sake insulate the floor properly so condones every single noise on the floor about me / it’s so bad - I wonder if the people above me were moving furniture around. Room doors are designed to slam shut. And finally - Sunday at 10:45am because of construction they triggered the fire alarm and yup “everyone evacuate” and then let the mayhem begine. The employee that worked the front desk was clueless and bless his heart had no idea what to do. Do not recommend stays here and was highly disappointed.

Our room was great & bed was actually comfortable! But, I can’t bring my water bottle to the beach? Dang. No towels for the beach available when I tried to go. And, lastly, can’t bring my own chair? And warning- it’s valet only. I missed that fine print.
