The location is great if you want quick access to the beach. The rooms are clean and well put together. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. Although the website makes it seem like they have an active restaurant and bar, which they do not. They have signs that say not to bring your own food and drinks to the beach but don’t offer or provide anything as an option. You also have to set up your own chairs and umbrellas on the beach which is different than what we are used to. There was also a lot of trash, plastic bottle caps and partial bags on the beach in front of the hotel that no one was cleaning up. Sadly it was like that all along the beach front including all the other hotels and resorts. We couldn’t help ourselves to not pick some of it up but no staff was actively cleaning it while we were there. Overall it’s a beautiful spot and clean hotel but not a lot of amenities or involved staff.
Very understaffed, and slow to respond. It took us 30 hours to get fresh towels, and they never brought toilet paper so we had to go take a roll from the lobby bathroom.

Just didnt feel like they cared about making it a relaxing get away.
The room was clean although a bit small. We appreciated the amenities in the room. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, plenty to choose from.
The hotel has a great location, beachfront and peaceful. The major issue is there is not a restaurant or bar, but much of the information on the amenities state there is a restaurant and bar (even the in-room info). The room was fine and clean. One issue is the sheets were torn on the corners and would not stay on the mattress. The towels were old and worn. Also, the coffee station in the room did not work. We told the front desk staff on our first morning and it was not corrected. The parking is by valet only. The valets were wonderful!!
this has been the worst hotel i have ever been too. i arrive late. apparently there is no one in front desk and you have to start providing by text ID AND face recognition. no maid service not but one toilet paper and a coffee machine that does not work.

Location was great. Staff was excellent. Wish the facility had more amenities like daily housekeeping, better food options. If you just need a comfy bed and and a good location it does the job.
Valet staff were great - friendly and efficient.
Sound-proofing was virtually non-existent. Noise from elevator, next room, corridor, all hours = no peace, no sleep. No useful remedies suggested by online ‘help desk’
Few/no eating places within reasonable walking distance.

Everything was fine.
However the pool is not heated. Ugh
Staff was nice and attentive when you needed something. Easy to communicate with via text. Room was clean and updated. I think only thing I would change was having a different type of coffee maker in the room but the breakfast area and lobby had coffee. Overall great stay and location, will be back!!

This review is for the accessible room I was given. The room did not feel clean to me. And it had a little smell. It definitely wasn’t worth what they’re charging. And you have to pay &30 for parking. Plus a 250 refundable deposit which was not mentioned prior. Or $26 nonrefundable. It’s just the money grab.
