We (2 adults) stayed for 4 nights at this property during February vacation week. We would not recommend staying here. We stayed on the 4th floor. The walls are paper thin, our room did not look anything like the pictures posted on Expedia. The TV in our room was mounted on the wall completely crooked. The mattress was about 1.5 feet off the ground, our carry on suitcase was taller than the bed. There is no coffee maker in the room; it is an espresso machine. The front desk was rarely staffed. There are at least 45+ rooms at this property and there were 12 umbrellas and 24 chairs set up on the beach each morning and they are first come, first served and no possibility of getting additional chairs or umbrellas. The breakfast is very basic continental style with cereal, breads, pastries, and bananas and apples. Valet parking is required and an additional $29 per night. Housekeeping is an additional $35 per day. We got 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels for our stay and had to complain to get more towels for our 4 night stay. Our first day there, I contacted Kasa to get assistance. I sent pictures of our room to the email provided and texted them to the phone number provided but did not get a response, although I was told they would be happy to help us. I felt like I was staying at a hostel and will not be returning. I am disappointed in the customer service provided by Kasa, even after contacting them and letting them know about our room.

The room we booked was listed as a partial Ocean View which was the only reason why we chose to book here It also stated a Balcony and outdoor space. All was not true the room had ZERO ocean view a window that only opens 3 Inches and NO BALCONY for $656.87 WHY deceive and LIE to people its FRAUD and HOTELS.COM dodent refund they offer a small fraction of the booking price as Keys Cash Totally unacceptable weve booked numerous trips with HOTELS.COM but this will end that relationship since they cant stand behind their services and or at least satisfy the customer. They are the 3rd party booking agent they should delist this HOTELS and eliminate it from their offerings since they lie and deceive guests!! Totally unacceptable but

1. The sink was not functioning properly. 2. There was no cleaning service for three days, and towels were not replaced. 3. I was told prior to my arrival in writing that I would be able to use the conference room, but I was denied access, which caused me to incur losses. 4. The room was dirty from the beginning and was also too small. 5. Breakfast could be improved by offering healthier options such as fruits and juices instead of mainly pastries. 6. The beach chairs appear to be extremely old and outdated. 7. Today at 2:30 a.m., I had to wake up a staff member, which caused delays in getting to the airport. 8. The air conditioning unit in the room is very outdated, makes loud noise, and seems poorly maintained (I wonder when the filter was last changed). 9. Additionally, the extra charge for parking was unreasonable.

Nice and clean for our one night stay although there were a few light bulbs that need replacement. Very quiet area along the beach. Nice room and view, no restaurants or bars within walking distance. The elevator is a bit dated but otherwise facilities were well kept.

The location is great if you want quick access to the beach. The rooms are clean and well put together. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. Although the website makes it seem like they have an active restaurant and bar, which they do not. They have signs that say not to bring your own food and drinks to the beach but don’t offer or provide anything as an option. You also have to set up your own chairs and umbrellas on the beach which is different than what we are used to. There was also a lot of trash, plastic bottle caps and partial bags on the beach in front of the hotel that no one was cleaning up. Sadly it was like that all along the beach front including all the other hotels and resorts. We couldn’t help ourselves to not pick some of it up but no staff was actively cleaning it while we were there. Overall it’s a beautiful spot and clean hotel but not a lot of amenities or involved staff.

The hotel has a great location, beachfront and peaceful. The major issue is there is not a restaurant or bar, but much of the information on the amenities state there is a restaurant and bar (even the in-room info). The room was fine and clean. One issue is the sheets were torn on the corners and would not stay on the mattress. The towels were old and worn. Also, the coffee station in the room did not work. We told the front desk staff on our first morning and it was not corrected. The parking is by valet only. The valets were wonderful!!
