Staff went above and beyond to help and answer all of our questions. Newly renovated lobby was nice. Breakfast area is a little tight and could be stocked better at the end of breakfast rush, but overall had decent options. No carpet in the room, but idk if that’s because it’s a beach area hotel. Bed also creaked loudly when you moved. Airport shuttle was super convenient. Overall, was a nice stay for a cheaper hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, close to both cruiseport and airport, nice breakfast, friendly staff, free shuttle to ports.nice rooftop pool. Shuttle was clean and spacious with friendly driver. Highly recommend!

Excellent stop over for Vacation Cruisers
Airport shuttle was convenient since we arrived after 8 pm and the hotel was close to the airport. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was usual for a business hotel but certainly adequate and offered a few hot items. The staff was wonderful - friendly, courteous and helpful. I would stay again enroute to the Cruise Port. Thank you.

The property is very clean, in a quiet street, not a lot of restaurants or supermarkets. The shuttle service, had to call three times to get the service. One of the times guy at the front desk answer and was very rude, he kept telling me there was no terminal three and that I had to walk to letter E to be picked up, mind you the guy was not even listening and I kept telling him I had been standing at letter E for the past 15 minutes. We waited like 30 min with my three year old crying and hungry. Then we got to the hotel and was told my room was not ready and I had to bring my own bags to the back office. When they had a room, I ask for a crib. The housekeeper came and drop it off and didn’t even set it up. I just got to say Holiday inn needs to invest in some better cribs like play pens which are much safer and comfortable for babies. This crib was metal and very small, I don’t even know how they charge extra for this. Hotel customer service was terrible, the property was nice.

Everything was great except whatever they cleaned the room with smelled like a nursing home and the lighting was white blue LED … felt very institutional. Otherwise it was extremely clean and the staff was really friendly!

The staff had excellent customer service. The room and lobby was very clean. I don't like that the check in time could not be altered but the manager was able to have the room cleaned eariler so that my family could rest and have the room alot sooner.

Shuttle to airport, driver very friendly, nice front desk staff, quiet rooms, hot breakfast. Only thing missing was pancakes and cinnamon rolls that were absent from breakfast.

Not recommend this hotel.
The front desk were not too friendly but the breakfast was outstanding. The room was ok but the noise was on the top floor very loud till 1 am people slammed doors talked loud I stayed a lots of Holiday in express but this was not a pleasant experience.
