Enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rather a disappointment. Skip the rubbery eggs. The waffles were very good.

The room was bigger than expected. It had a kitchen area with literally everything you'd need. It was almost like a mini apartment. The bathroom had a glass walk-in shower. There were also multiple shopping areas & restaurants nearby. I arrived way earlier than expected from my cruise and although my check-in was 3 pm. The woman at the front desk added me to an early check-in waitlist, allowed us to store our luggage, and offered us breakfast during the wait. That is what you call quality customer service !!
