The staff was super accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay. We chose this one because we already stayed here the night before our cruise and we felt safe and it was clean. They allowed us to store our luggage in a back room until check in time. The rooms were comfortable and worked great for the group of 5.

The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating with an early check in after our cruise. The room was clean. The hotel itself needs a refurbishment for sure. It’s quite run down, especially the elevator. Breakfast is sub-par for a hotel breakfast, and kitchen staff are hidden away, meaning getting items that have run out (coffee cream) was impossible. Orange “juice” is actually orange “drink” which seems so odd to me, considering we were in Florida. We’ve always had amazing orange juice in hotels we’ve stayed at there over many years. For the price of this room, I certainly expected much more. I believe they can take advantage of cruisers by charging exorbitant rates only for location.

Customer Service was horrible. We waited till almost 3:30 to check in. The elevator button did not work for the first floor. Nothing posted and only opened to housekeeping. No TV Guide to see what was on. For a Hilton we heard a lot of complaints. We would not stay there again.

Rooms weren’t bad. The mattresses are very soft so if you don’t like soft it’s not the hotel for you. The ice machines only worked on certain floors and the beverages were expensive. Breakfast was good. One elevator you could not push the lobby button, it was very difficult. The shuttle for the airport was very convenient.

The room was in great shape, very spacious very clean. The only thing that was below average and it was below average was the breakfast buffet. And you need little things like coffee creamer. Overall, I would stay there again.
