I stayed here for four nights with my family and I complained about the wifi day in and day out all they kept telling me is that they are working on and it and when I checked back they said oh it’s fixed which it never was when I left this hotel they didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience anything to that matter that’s very upsetting at least update me and let me know that the wifi will not be working for our period of stay the second thing is the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all every time the room was clean a piece of hair was left back after they cleaned it the shower curtains had stains and the ceiling very gross. Over all the hotel staff very nice and helpful room is okay.

I initially chose Hyatt Place because of my experiences at their Chicago and Atlanta locations. To be honest, this particular location was underwhelming. The exterior and lobby area were clean and welcoming, however, the rooms require a MAJOR upgrade and deep cleaning. My refrigerator, microwave and bathroom were dirty. The ceiling seems to have had some type of oil or grease splatter and the couch was dirty. I had to do a cleaning prior to use especially traveling with a toddler. The breakfast was good but basic compared to the other locations. I wouldnt stay again unless there were no other options available. Please upgrade and deep clean !

I wish breakfast ran a little later like about 11am because it was a hassle waking up early while on vacation just to catch breakfast. Our room was only cleaned once basically and we stayed a whole week.However I love the fact that it had a gym and laundry. Overall the hotel stay was nice and i would definitely recommend

Our experience was not our typical at Hyatt. The air conditioner was loud. The toilet broke, then was fixed quickly, so we thought. We came back to it leaking on the floor and then had to move rooms. Right outside of the elevator. Then it was loud. Your gym is small and half of the equipment is broken. Why is your pool closed at 8 PM? Breakfast could have been better too. Not my favorite.
