This property is slightly out dated; however, the worst part is every time we ask them to clean our room. All they did was make the bed, they didn't vacuum. They didn't clean the bathtub. They didn't bring new coffee mugs, coffee, or glass for water. they didn't even leave soap or towels so we can wash our own glasses and mugs.They didn't bring anything, we had to call down to the receptionist multiple times and yet we still did not receive A clean room. We stayed there for 4 days, requesting clean towels was a hassle, we had to call down multiple times and after a 45 minute wait, we just went down to the front desk to get clean towels. The receptionist at the desk said you don't have to come down here, just call and we will send it up. We then informed them that we did call, and no one has come up yet. At this point, it had been over an hour.

Old hotel
Very helpful staff and good location for Broward Mall and other shopping. Good buffet breakfast choices Hotel old and this is obvious with general condition and decor with is disappointing for the Hyatt brand.

Overall, a good property. The staff was friendly and meet my needs. The hotel is a little dated but was very neat and clean. By dated I mean no charging cord outlets in the rooms. The rooms were clean and very spacious and overall it was a wry good experience. Again, good staff at the property and that makes a big difference.
