This is a super cute and clean hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The lady who cleaned out room was great. The rooms are clean, the property is nice. The complimentary water, tea and coffee were a nice touch. It's a short walk to the beach and other amenities. I'd definitely stay again.

Booked last minute after our airbnb cancelled. Was an amazing choice and wound up working out for the best! Hotel was conveniently located and walkable from lots of restaurants, bars and the beach. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend the Kimpton Shorebreak for your stay in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

We always enjoy our stay here! Highly recommend! The front desk staff are so sweet, friendly and helpful! They constantly have cleaning staff working hard to keep the place clean. The best part is the roof top pool and delicious breakfast (with vouchers)

I cannot express how grateful I am for this hotel. I've previously stayed in a Kimpton in Arizona years ago and loved it. Originally I booked a hotel Costa Hollywood and the first day I got there was a nightmare and I felt unsafe because of a resident. I moved to this hotel and was able to have a peaceful rest of my vacation and enjoy Florida. The front desk staff were amazing and my check-in was flawless. I had an issue with my room and the front desk upgraded me to a better room next door. Safe, location was very close to the beach, restaurants all walking distance. Thank you so much for saving my vacation!

The location is very good. Quick walk to the beach. The coffee shops close by were great. Close to Las Olas. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Felt safe at location. The rooftop pool and bar were by far the best surprise. The drinks were good the pool temp was perfect. The views amazing. Lots of seating areas and fun music. Def made the trip for us. The rooms were fine. Nothing fancy but had what you need. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Bed/pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

Promised beach access which is really quiete a walk. Not near at all. When we arrived at the beach no sun umbrella are offered , hotel refers to policies that they are not included. Not even as we offered to pay for it. We tried the pool area instead to ge some shade but everything was blocked no chance to get anything to sit or lay down. This was in summertime which is off season... Very loud air condition hard to get a good nights sleep.

nice hotel. Front desk staff members are great. main restaurant staff members are great. Rooftop Pool bar staff members…. are very rude. Booked a “premium room”… It was right next to the storage room and we were waken up very early ever by cleaning ladies opening and closing the storage room door non stop. We had a wonderful view from room 124 of… dirty towels bins in the service alley :) Basically… don’t pay more for a premium room :) 5 minutes to the beach and great dining options nearby.
