They moved me from one room to another 3 times. The first time the shower and sink didn't work properly, there was no TV. The second time the air conditioning didn't cool, there was no TV and the third time it was fine.

that property is very dirty carpet in the rooms is stink and dirty mold on the windows and in the bathroom bed linen was dirty i ask to change room and the second room was nasty i started feeling sick so i had to check out less than 1 and a half hour after checking in.

I stayed one night with my husband and my little son and we really didn't like it. The place didn't feel safe, the structure is old and they don't maintain it or update it. As soon as we entered the bedroom, the room smelled very damp; I personally suffer from allergies and it was very difficult to be there. The walls, pictures, doors and other furniture were covered in mold stains and/or broken. Although it was only for one night and we didn't plan to use the TV, when we arrived the screen was flashing and didn't even turn on. In the bathroom, the shower head was broken at the tube and an extra jet was coming out in another direction. We didn't stay for breakfast because we didn't feel safe consuming something that could later upset our stomachs. Something positive was that the check-in was fast, the staff was friendly, they had new toiletries in the room and the resort was close to shops and places to eat.

When I arrived I was told that I had to pay a $100 deposit, which was not something that was listed on the app. I wouldn’t have been upset if it was something I was expecting, but it’s definitely not listed as an onsite fee that has to paid.

the pool was dirty, my room had wet carpet and a damp musty smell, the remote was not in the room, lock on door broken. I had to go down to the desk three times, once for room freshener as there was no other room available, second time for a TV remote then had to move the dresser to plugin the TV, the next day room was not serviced and was told that I had to request that the day before....went to office again for fresh towels.

I want a refund immediately an apology from your company. How on earth can you list this garbage at your platform for your customers? This place is an absolute health hazard for Expedia clients. Black molds were everywhere. AC was not working. The room had a foul smell. Black molds were everywhere. They used 5 layers of thick beddings to hide their old and nasty mattresses. Not a safe place either!!!!!

Downright Scary
The first clue was that there was no sign anywhere in the Motel or in the lobby to identify that it was in fact LaQuinta. I had to check the photo again to make sure I was in the right place. The rooms were disgusting, The tiles in the bathroom were full of mildew. The room stank of mold. The air conditioner worked but made weird noises all night long. We were provided the bare minimum for towels, 2 body towels and a hand towel. Fortunately, my Girlfriend did not need to wrap her hair and we brought our own face cloths because none were provided. The rooms need updating very badly. The smell of pot wafting throughout the walkways was almost enough to give you a contact high.

Got double charge deposit and still have not been given credit back for it. Cleaning service didn’t notice or wrapped smoke detector with plastic bag. Black mold on walls. Security lock was broken. No Continental breakfast available at 8am just bad coffee. Very disappointed that a high quality hotel was so run down. Would add photos but won’t let me upload.

Bad vibes. You have to walk out the back door of a hotel that looks like part of a house; rooms arent attached to front office.Balconies are outdoors; sidewalks filthy. Mattress dirty(sides of it look like they were dragged in); plastic grocery bag wrapped around smoke detector. Bathroom floor wet & dirty, fridge/microwave need replacement. Run down,people look like they live there. NEVER AGAIN. Refused to give refund

Property had fraudulent advertising. Took unauthorized funds from my account. When I asked about the charges on my account, I was told that it was my problem and not his. Pool had a padlock on it and it advertised a complimentary hot breakfast and it was a banana, apple and tiny muffin wrapped in plastic. There were bugs in the room and people smoking an illegal substance outside our room. After checking in I went to the reviews online. I went back 2.5 years and read that the issues that I have stated have been unresolved from way back. I am shocked that Wyndham has their name on this property!!!!!!

This place is the worst place I have ever been in my life. The smell was horrible. I tried to open the room's door to let fresh air get into the room, but it did not resolve the problem. The room was really bad. The TV did not worked. The hote promises breakfast, once you arrive they say they do not have a breakfast. I do not recommend the place in any way. Very bad decision from my side.
