Before our stay I tried to contact property with our arrival time but got the runaround at the front desk. Free shuttle from airport was not the greatest on time we were given for it to arrive. The breakfast is definitely not as it was years ago. No fresh fruit and cranberry juice was clear. Arrangements were made for shuttle to cruise port at a certain time and was an hour late arriving but staff kept giving different answers as to the reason. Yes, it's supposedly a different company but very poor communication. And speaking to one staff member who was eating behind the counter. Very poor. We've stayed at this location several times over the years but this was no doubt our last visit.

Our family booked a suite four months in advance and when we arrived “someone in the system, took your room and we don’t have any more”. Zero help from the desk and refused to let us speak with a manager. It was bananas awful.

I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this property to anyone. This property seemed more like a motel 6. Staff was very unfriendly and acted like you were bothering them with issues. We had 2 rooms and 1 of them was SO cold and the other was like a sauna no matter what you set the temperature at. We were advised there was no one to fix issues. Pretty sure the front of our door had blood on it. We had to have our keys done multiple times each day because they would stop working. Bathroom doors were like swinging closet doors…no privacy. Refrig did not work and smelled so bad. Microwave took 13 minutes to warm a cup of coffee. Had no extra blanket's or pillows. Elevator was SO slow and stairway was gross. Yard areas outside entrances had dog poop everywhere that was never cleaned up.

When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel for the shuttle. We were told it would be there in 15 minutes. Many calls later it finally arrived after waiting one hour and ten minutes. When we got to the hotel the front desk person was really nice. He gave us our key and we went to the room. We were so disgusted by what we saw. The tub was clogged with brown water, toilet had pee in it and there were dirty towels on the floor. I went back down to the front desk to let them know. The guy behind the desk felt so bad and went right to work to find us a different room. He was the only thing great about this hotel. The room smelled very musty and was really outdated. It looks nothing like the pictures they have posted on thier site.
