Breakfast is extremely limited no fruit or yogurt unlike other La Quinta inns I’ve stayed in. Obviously this hotel and its sister hotel are used a lot due to the sawgrass mall. It could do with a make over painted new carpets etc it’s a bit tired but I would possibly stay again. Staff were great.

Hotel prático para quem quer fazer compras no Sawgrass. Vantagens: próximo do Sawgrass e as vias de acesso são pouco movimentadas. Fácil acesso ao estacionamento e aos quartos, sem muita burocracia de grandes hotéis. Da pra usar as mesas do café para fazer lanches a noite (não tem restaurante). Melhor preço dos hotéis da região. Desvantagens: o hotel não é muito conservado e a limpeza não é boa, possui carpe sujo por tudo. Considerações: o café é só pra quebrar um galho, para melhorar compre suas próprias frutas e frios. Enfim, é só para dormir e ser prático para quem está com foco nas compras no Sawgrass e região.

Spend the money and stay somewhere else
We stayed for a concert at the arena next to mall. This was the cheapest within 2 miles of the arena plus we have stayed at a Wyndham before. The check process was easy and the women was very pleasant. The hotel is so date , popcorn ceiling peeling/falling down , carpet is red but is dirty and has bleach marks& the elevator is hit and sounds like it could break at any moment. Getty the 3rd floor to our room and the room big space as it was a king room, view of front parking lot. The carpet in the room was definitely dirty , the wall behind office chair was chip so many times form chair hitting the wall. Bathroom was date , rust marks and we did see a small roach in the tub. Overall I would not recommend this place spend a little more money.
