Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was cleaned everyday and we received clean towels everyday which a lot of hotela do not do that anymore so that was nice. Beautiful beach scenery. We slept with the sliding door open and the breeze and the sound of the waves made us sleep even better. Will stay again

When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been canceled by FEMA yet we never received any notice of that. After sometime, they finally found us a room which my husband disliked as it had a handicap shower which meant water went over the floor. The tiki bar had great food and drinks. We wanted to visit a store in Miami, but that was $40 each way so we didn’t do that. There was free transportation to the town Square, which was nice.

First, our room was disgusting. The bathroom and shower had gunk in the corners and in the shower tiles. The wall tiles on the shower were falling off… There was ZERO hot water in the hotel for almost 24 hours. We had a room with a “view”… but the view was obstructed by the crap on the windows. I will NEVER stay here again. This hotel should be removed from Expedia….

This property is right on the beach, which is great. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and nice people. The downside of this property is the age of the building. There are some pretty major plumbing issues that we encountered. The staff did their best to accommodate us with the problems. But the building is old and I foresee this being an ongoing issue.

This was my 4th time at Ocean Manor - the 1st time was excellent, the other 3 times we had to changevrooms because we didn't get a room we booked - an ocean front with a balcony. After complaing they moved us to a room we were ok with. I book ocean frt with balcony and that's what l should get.
