The staff are extremely rude I asked for a refund due that my room had a bad odor the air conditioning was not working right and the toilet was not clean I didn’t stay wasted my money and the next day the lady at front desk called and said that I took a picture of her witch I didnt and made it clear then she pursued to threaten me by saying she will call the cop on me ***** Don’t Waste your money there ********

a single woman who took the 4 of 5 star review as ok. i mean how bad could it be? i left the lights on in room to deter the roaches. The sheets had bread crumbs in and wrinkled so i slept on top sheet. the top towel had a visible dirty hand print with finger outlines on it and the wash cloths looked like they had been rinsed out from someone wiping dirty feet. if i hadn’t already changed one room and booked through a third party i would have left

Need full refund for both days. Harassed both days
This was the worse customer service and stay I have ever encountered. I want a complete refund as my wife is disabled and can't walk and they put us on the 2nd floor after asking nicely not to. They harassed us over $20 saying we owed that as an early check in even though we were there for 2 days and didn't check out there for we didn't check in early. They said we owed $50 the next day even though we already had an itenitery for that day through hotels.com. I am very upset. They made us get out of our room at 9am even though check out was not until 11am. I feel as though we were discriminated against due to my wife being disabled.
