I loved that when I walked out my door the beach was right in front. Beautiful view. The room had everything needed including kitchen essentials.

We first Arrived and the room we booked was over booked? Or not available. But still got charged the same for a smaller room and one that didn’t look nearly the same to photos listed also wasn’t an ocean view or partial ocean like I booked. Some of the tiles would bend when you walk on them, the bathroom door looked like it was punched and was cracked with a hole, also the door was dirty. One sheet one the bed had a cigarette burn or had a hole burned into it. Only plus to my trip was a 1 minute walk to the beach and could walk around the board walk.

They overcharge you once you get there there was no pool as they advertise. Parking is extra is not free parking. It’s just for one hour clean disgusting safety. I fell hurt myself for a step that they don’t even have a sign is the worst hotel ever.

I was greatly surprised when I checked in for my stay at the property. I was unaware of an additional $59 PER night service fee charged by the hotel. This greatly increased the cost of the stay. Hotels.com did not disclose this additional fee. It’s hard to comparison shop when booking if there are hidden fees. On a positive note, the room was very close to the beach and restaurants.

The bathroom ceiling leaked for 2 days. There was something dripping from the top deck in the entrance door. It dripped on my head every time I walked in or out of my room. There was black mold on the wall around the window air conditioner. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. A cockroach the size of a half dollar ran across my floor. The woman who checked me in gave me a hard time.

This place was nasty. No blinds under the curtains. Doors did not shut completely. Place seems unsafe.

Booked accommodations for 6 adults. Received a room with one king, one queen and NO sofabed. Had to make do. The unit had a limited stovetop as a KITCHEN, with no plates, urensils, cups or anything remotely related. They claimed thise items were to be p rovided ONLY upon request. Parking AVAILABLE (not included) at 18 per day per car, plus rax etc. According to the checkin instructions and the website, continental breakfast was served OFFSITE from 8-10am. They opened from 8-9am serving 23 hotels from that one location. Will never book again.
