Room was great even though it did not have a chair to relax in other than desk chair. Belt service needs help. Waited 20 minutes for guy to take my keys and park. I had to walk into valet office to find him sitting down playing on his phone.

My concerns were small. People throwing cigarettes out there balcony landing in our balcony having a 7 year old it almost landed on him. When it suppose to be a non smoking hotel. They were few burn marks on the furniture. At night it was hard to sleep because something was bitting me not sure what it was. Then i wish I knew where to depose the trash like have instructions in our room instead of me looking through the app I found out last minute. And it wasn’t known how much the parking was 30 a night is a bit much but found parking around the hotel. Everything else was great quiet respectful service.
