While the property itself is very nice, and the room was very clean, it did not suit our purposes. My wife uses a wheelchair and/or scooter to get around, both indoors and out. There is a large step up from the parking area into the Deauville. While the door to our room (#111) was barely wide enough to accommodate my wife's wheelchair, the bathroom door was most decidedly not. She could not get in or out with either her wheelchair or walker.
So in other words, the Deauville is a perfectly fine place to stay if you are able-bodied, but it is largely inaccessible and inappropriate for those who are not.
