Bathrooms are certainly unique. There is a window in the bathroom opening into the bedroom; plantation style shutters can barely close the opening. You better be extremely close to your travel companions. We’re in FTL often and tgis is a deal breaker for us. The bathroom set up will keep us from staying at this property again.

It was a nice hotel clean and staff was welcoming. We didn’t care for the food from the Mexican restaurant. I’ll have to review but, I don’t recall seeing the parking fees during the booking process this was a first in a long time I used a third party.

For medical reasons am a very cold natured person my first night there I called the front desk/guest services for 3 maybe 4 hours no answer. The next morning I went downstairs and asked for a blanket. After about 2hours I finally got one. The next night I called again bout the thermostat not working so I couldn’t against the room temperature. After calling for another hour someone answered the phone and said” ma’am you’re in south west Florida we do have central heating in our hotel room. My trip was very uncomfortable and cold to say the least.

As a Marriott rewards member, This is a very mismanaged hotel charging high resort fees and not delivering. Examples during 4 night stay include a pool advertised as heated but is not - water so cold the ocean is warmer; water in bathroom faucet barely works; one bottle of water during 4 day stay; tv speaker squeaks; fridge in room runs constantly with noise; bedding made and not changed during entire stay; banged up furniture; freezing ac in halls; rude and unfriendly beach attendants who set up the least amount of chairs and then harass hotel guests who request the beach access the resort fee is to cover. There are much better places to stay - will not return!

What am amazing experience. We flew in on an early flight abd were pretty stressed due to a late start and loat bag. The ease of checkin and the front staff were amazing. They were friendly. Beautiful property. Sat by the pool and walked around shopping. Had dinner at the Mexican food restaurant. Was very good

Hotel is in great location close to restaurants and the beach. What really bothered us was parking. They only offer valet parking for $55 per day, which is inconvenient Also, the resort fee is ridiculous : the pool is rather small and the gym was not that great. They gave us two bottles of water. Overall we felt hotel is overpriced, lacking customer service and lacking resort amenities. We will not pick that one to stay if we go back to FLL.

From the moment we came in we were greeted by the Bonvoy representative Rica and she was wonderful! She was so friendly and gave us the layout of the hotel and all the restaurants which made the check in a breeze. The view from the room was beautiful also. We had breakfast at Lona and the service was great also. The only thing I would say is that the elevators from the pool to cross over to the beach were not working so that was a bummer but everything else was so nice that we ultimately just didn’t worry about it.

Ok Stay but Bed bugs had to been what ate us up
