Great property. Valet people were great. Staff were all polite. They did not honor the bar credits allegedly given $35. It’s the principle. The mini bar in the room. Please be aware. All the juices were expired. I drank one and I had stomach issues after. Nice place tho. Great view of ocean. I hope they get there quality control corrected. This is potentially a 5 star stay but with a hiccup. Fantastic spot!

Rooms were clean - gym was good - staff very friendly and truly don’t need to go outside of the area for fabulous dinning . Spa massage was great however there are no couple options so they’re separate. Pool was always sunny when you face south to catch those rays and both Stephen Starr restaurants were delish . Late check out is at 2 .. overall great stay !

The location is amazing. The hotel is in terrible condition. Needs a lot of updates. Rooms are old and smell. Our room had stained inside the shower curtain. I called every day and no one ever replaced it. It was disgusting. No hair dryer. Had to call for it. No shower get. Has to call for it. Parking is $60 daily. Resort fee $65 daily. So add another $125 a day.

The rooms stank of humidity and require major renovations to bring the rooms up to par. There was mold in the room. Hotel changed us rooms but it wasn’t much better. Steak house and Mexican restaurant were good.

I called in advance for them to put balloons in my room for my friends bday and they said they will do it and I also bought a bottle of champagne for them to pit it as well in the room before we got there. They didn’t do any of it so they ruined the surprise. They brought me the champagne an hour after I was there. The place is really old the room had a weird smell and the bathroom was moldy and the water will stay in the shower for a while . In general I will never stay there again.
