A house that offers it all!
The house was amazing! Plenty of room so everyone had their own space. The table at the water was the perfect hang out spot. Check in process was very simple and jennifer always responded quickly when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Old Florida home
My husband and I needed a change of venue after 6 challenging months of structural renovations at home. Relax, nap, sleep was the goal. We didn’t care if the sun was shining. We wanted a home ( not just a house) to wrap itself around us and provide a peaceful oasis. This listing gave us exactly that.

Amazing water front property perfect for a weekend vacation
Jennifer was truly an amazing host and the pictures of this house do not do this humble abode justice. The check in process was amazing, as Jennifer let our group check in early since we arrived prior to the listed check in time. She was very responsive throughout the entire weekend and made sure we had what we needed throughout the duration of our stay. The house was spotless upon arrival and had plenty of everything we needed for our group of 11 (towels, dinnerwear, etc). We were overwhelmed by the backyard and truly felt like we didn't even need to leave the house to enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, so we didn't get to utilize the kayaks, but it was nice knowing they were there. We definitely recommend this house!

Middle River Dr house
This was our second time staying at the house. It works out great for us while in town on business. It is so nice to come back after a long day and hang out in the living area. Then all head to our own rooms. The house is chic yet comfortable and the location is perfect. Close to beach, restaurants and local boating community. Looking forward to our next stay:)

Underrated AF
Jennifer deserves a 5.0 for this property. The pictures DO NOT do it justice at all. Prepare to be impressed by the trendy, whitewashed interior design and the spacious settings indoors and outdoors. Location was ideal—a 7-minute Uber to downtown and less than a mile walk from a gorgeous state park + the beach. It was entirely better than expected and my friends raved about what a great find this place was. Anyway, book it; you won’t regret it.

Amazing property!
My friends and I had the best time at this property! The house is very open with plenty of space. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking, the pictures online don’t even do justice! The owners were very responsive. Having a front gate made us feel super safe. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood! We would absolutely go back to this property. If you stay here you won’t regret it and the owners are great to work with!

Owners were challenging
My family and I rented this property for two nights. We had another family with us as well. The owner communicated check in instructions at the very last minute. We wound up arriving a day later than expected, so we would only be in the house for one night. Upon arrival everything seemed good on the surface but it was not what it seemed. The house was full of mosquitoes inside, it looked clean on the surface but was not. When I communicated to the owners about the mosquitoes they did send pest control. The pest control guys said they would have to spray harsh chemicals inside and we couldn’t be in the property for that. I let the owners know that we planned to get another place to stay because we were all getting bit and didn’t we didn’t want to have to find somewhere to go while waiting for the chemicals to dissipate. That’s when the real personality of the owner showed up. I own and operate 4 vacation rentals and I have never and will never speak to my clients the rude way he spoke to me. I asked if he would be willing to give me any sort of refund and he lost it. Not only did he refuse any sort of refund but he took to arguing with me. The house is cute but the owners have terrible customer service. We did wind up renting a hotel room for the night.

Amazing house
We rented this house for my bachelorette party and it was the absolute best decision! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out from the many beautiful bedrooms to the table overlooking the inter coastal. Jennifer was an amazing host and quick to respond to any question or need. I highly recommend this house!

Jennifer was absolutely delightful to work with. She responded very quickly to all of my questions. 15 minutes from the airport and a quick 10 minute Uber to Las Olas to the bars/restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. I would highly recommend coming back to this house!

Thee house was was perfect! Our host, Jennifer, was a call away for assistance with all our needs. The pool was heated and so wonderful coming from the snow! Wonderful week with family
We had such a nice time this past week staying in the house and hanging with our extended family. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals and there is a wonderful barbecue area which unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use. The owners are lovely and respond quickly to anything we need. Our first night there was a terrible storm and the transformer went out and therefore so did our power. I emailed Jennifer in the middle of the night and she promptly reported it to the electric company. It was back up and running by 7am. The kids enjoyed the park a block away and we loved our morning walks to the beach. We would definitely stay in the house again in the future!

This property was exactly what we were looking for in Fort Lauderdale. It was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient to the beach and stores. The gazebo overlooking the waterway was our night time go to spot. The agent was very responsive to our needs. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier.

Spent July 4th weekend with some friends in FLL and loved the house so much we never left. The house, backyard and pool were very clean and the space was excellent for entertaining/barbecuing. Jennifer was very accommodating and easy to reach, especially when it came to recovering a lost item. Highly recommend

Quiet, convenient and great people
House, pool and gazebo per photos. Christie, the house cleaner is excellent, hard working and thorough. House has good glassware, dinner service and accessories. We planned to grill on the advertised Green Egg - to find it was kissing upon check in. Jennifer - who was out of town, arranged for it to be delivered that very day even though I said the following day would be fine. Some love is needed for the details like Sonos speaker (1 of 2 working in TV room). Light switches with missing parts and the gate code not working. Had to have the ‘clicker’. Again, Jennifer the prop Mgr is simply the best. You will enjoy your stay. We will be back !

Weekend stay
We rented this house over Memorial Day weekend while my don got married in Fort Lauderdale. We had a lovely time. The location of this home is great and the house easily accommodated our group of eleven. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space and pool were great for relaxing. The house is bright, airy and very comfortable. Would recommend this home to others.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We stayed here recently for my bachelorette party and this house was the perfect place to stay. The pool, table on the water, and overall waterfront view were beautiful. The house fit 13 people very comfortably and was a quick ride to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Jennifer responded to our questions quickly and was so helpful. PERFECT WEEKEND
This house was perfect for our girls weekend trip. Everyone had a bed to sleep in & the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! Jennifer was so responsive to all of our questions & her husband even came to help us figure out the hot tub! Jennifer was accommodating from the very beginning to the end. We appreciated all she did for us (from early check in/dropping bags off at house when cleaners were there - to a later check out!) The backyard was to die for - we even had a boat pick us up from the deck and that was PERFECT. We will definitely recommend this location & if we come back to FTL we will come back to this house!!
