Exceeded Expectations
This was our first experience with a vacation rental. We were very happy with the ease of securing the rental and the check in process. They made everything easy for us to understand. The rental was perfect for our family of 5. The location was just right. It was close enough to many attractions and restaurants, but far enough away to provide private family time. The owner provided suggestions of places to see and to eat. We followed most of his suggestions and were not disappointed. This vacation rental helped to provide us with a wonderful week long family vacation.

We loved to stay at this property, it’s right on the beautiful beach, the sunset view from the apartment was stunning. A lot of entertainment, shops to walk and restaurants in the area. The property is very well maintained and the apartment very clean, with very comfortable beds, excellent experience, can’t wait to come back again.

My sister and I were pleased with the condo and view; I did not realize though, that going through the condo complex itself would have been quite a bit less expensive; also the elevators broke down three times during our week's stay, which was difficult for my sister who uses a walker and we were on the fourth floor.

Thank you for the wonderful stay at your Condo in Paradise. Smugglers Cove is our favorite place to stay in Ft Myers Beach and once again we weren't disappointed. From the view off the lanai to sitting and listening to the water to walking on the beach, we couldn't ask for more. The condo itself was very well decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy family memories to be treasured forever!
I wondered how this space would work for a family with children, versus just a couple, but figured we could cope with anything for a week - at least we'd be at the beach! This condo was perfect!!! More than one of us may or may not have cried when we had to leave. The views are absolutely unparalleled - we spent SO much time out on the lanai. Ideal for early, quiet mornings with coffee and a book by myself and also plenty of space for family dinner al fresco and card games all together! The condo was also perfectly set up for cozy family movie nights and good nights of sleep for all - very comfortable and clean, with everything you need for cooking or grilling your own meals. We also have never had such easy and quick access to get right onto the soft sand and into the ocean and the kids loved the pool. Our experience was that it was very quiet and not at all crowded. Check-in was a breeze, so that we could get right to the beach, and the owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful - even leading us to the best ice cream we have ever had (do NOT miss Love Boat ice cream!). The kids are growing up heartbreakingly fast and I'm so grateful to have these memories together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great condo
Overall, this was perfect for our family. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate enough. It was nice to have a full size kitchen and a pullout sofa for extra sleeping. The mattress on the pullout could use some updating but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. The people above were the worst part of our stay as they moved their chairs/furniture around constantly until the early morning hours but this isn’t something the owner has any control over. I would recommend this property especially for the price point and what you get at the price verses other options in the area.

The beach was beautiful and the condo was exactly as pictured. We loved the screened-in balcony so we could sit and listen to the gulf bug-free. We had a small issue mid-week, and the owner bent over backwards to get the issue resolved, faster than I could have done at my own house. It was a great week!

Location was great! Beach was not crowded at all. Condo was prefect
Condo was prefect! Beautiful view. In the middle of the strip so not as busy in this area. No problem getting a spot on the beach. Great place for family with teenagers(not as much skin exposure). Found lots of shells anytime of the day. Would definitely come back here. Thanks for a great relaxing week!

Right on beach!
Check in was a breeze, condo was clean and well stocked for basic cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Beach is beautiful, clean, and full of beautiful seashells. Kids loved finding new seashells everyday. Pool was amazing, clean, and cool even in the 90° heat. Parking lot was always clean and close to elevator. Thank you for sharing your home with my family for the week. Hope to rent again in the near future.
