Beautiful Condo On The Canal
The condo was beautifully decorated. The owners had everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the 2 pools was completely being renovated and the other was small and dirty unfortunately.

Royal Pelican
The unit was comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with most everything. Outside repairs were being done which left walk ways dirty and tracked in the house. Could use a vacuum to help clean. Only real issue is water pressure. The shower which is really done nice has rain fall type shower head which is more like a mister. And, the water does not get very hot. Had to call mgt company several small issues. Response was excellent

Nice and quiet
I liked the quiet location that is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The building could use some updating but the condo was in great shape. My only complaint is the traffic jams on Estero Blvd.
