DO NOT STAY HERE. We spent one night in Oct 2024 and were charged more than double the room night. The hotel will not admit or refund the extra amount despite the extra charge on our c.c that is 100 USD more than the receipt. Not worth 300 CAD for one night. Stay elsewhere.

So for starters when checking in there was a man at the counter however he made us use a kiosk where another man remotely checked us in and he became very rude when inquired about the unexpected fees and since I was tired I just brushed it off and paid. The next morning the maid decided to just attempt to walk in the room without knocking on the door and I caught her and she tried to play it off by saying she don’t speak English smh then when I tried to tell the man at the front desk he gave me an attitude as if they were allowed to do that. The breakfast that they said they have was waffles and juice only and coffee. The room smelled like old urine and the actual hotel was out dated. This was by far the worst hotel with the hardest beds and stankest bathroom I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely giving them a -10/10 zero star rating! 👎

No in person staff. Needed extra items after check in. Waited on hold on an 800 number 3x with help. Also needed to check out day early after hurricane evacuation stay and was not issued refund on my one day cancelation even though it was more than 24 hours notice.

Check in is with a virtual screen in India zero hospitality very cold. My room had no tv remote control so I dialed zero. First mistake. My call rang many times and was routes to Bangalore India thousands of miles from Florida and I said I need a remote control for my tv the individual from Bangalore India repeated this statement over and over until she finally said I can’t help you with that. I was then to be transferred back to the hotel after more time waiting some guy who couldn’t be bothered finally answer and repeat step one of this process. Never got a remote. Repeat process in the morning called zero was routes to Bangalore India what time does breakfast start 6 says the Indian citizen. It’s 630 no breakfast here . Then repeat step 2. Virtual no service routed through Bangalore India. Just pay an actual real human in the location. What a bunch of cheapskates first and last time to stay here!

I am not a fan of their remote check in kiosk. Im FaceTime with someone that is who knows where. I like real people standing in front of me. Housekeeping missed my room one day and arrived another at 8:30 p.m.

The check in process was so weird. Done online via a video. No staff on site. Seemed sketchy. Room was noisy (we turned off the loud dehumidifier). Faucet leaked. Clean but a musty/moldy scent was present. Breakfast was only carbs

Good for the price
Employees are super nice. Check in took forever because their WiFi was down. And we were in a bit of a rush so that didn’t help. Needed more bath towels and they took a really long time to get it to us causing us to go to bed a lot later since we needed to shower. Lady at breakfast is amazing! So kind, helpful, and always in a great mood.
