I’ve been staying here several times 2 nights this time my son is in hospital down the street it really needs work was broken wait for it forever I went all day and come back and my bed wasn’t made they didn’t do anything bad I have paid a lot of money this is no way to treat a retired person that has to have a room next door to hospital

Thanksgiving Comfort
The front desk women were of the utmost help and courtesy. Also, the hotel was absolutely dog friendly, and we had an extremely clean and comfortable room. At last, a hotel with pillows that do not hurt one's neck. We will come again on our next visit to Fort Myers.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Beds were great. Only thing I would have changed is that there is dogs in the hotel which I didn’t know when I booked. But this hotel was so nice that it was easy to ignore. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Small drink bar and small dining menu which closed at 10:30. There was only one washer that worked for the whole hotel guest which was extremely inconvenient. But every time I went in to the room it was worth it.
