Great atmosphere and had bikes, paddle boats and other great things right there free , wasnt far from the beach either. Definitely would stay there again.

The property is outdated but quiet and quaint. There was a nasty stain on our toilet and we had our room changed. I would have loved to use the pool more but the no smoking policy was not enforced and a few times when we went to the pool, people were smoking so I couldn't go in. There were cameras but nobody watched it obviously

Lovely location on the river. Nice that so many things are included free of charge, bikes, paddle boards etc. Spacious room with fridge and microwave.

Quaint motel with lush beautiful grounds on marina. Close to multiple excellent restaurants as well as Ft. Myers beach. Close to Sanibel Island and fishing locations. Will stay there again!

So you know, waterfront means it has a seawall on a canal. It is not Beach front. The first room we were given had an air conditioner that was not working properly. We contacted Expedia and were switched to a different room. The switch was well handled.. The room will remove two had a king size bed, which took nearly the entire bedroom. The place was OK but we were expecting something different.

This place is cute with potential but we had a few hiccups. We did not get the room we booked online. It was similar but not the original one we booked. The toilet roll holder came off in my hands the first day and the shower "pull up" was very loose in the tub wall. Wi-Fi was horrible while we were in our room so we didn't have good phone service at all and the TV was going in and out esp. with the volume.

My husband and I only stayed for a night but enjoyed every bit of it! We loved the outdoor garden/ seating, the hammocks over the water and the tranquility. The beds could've been a bit more comfortable.. but hey, all in all it was a nice little hidden gem.
