DREAM VACATION
Genuinely could not have been any better! Clean, comfortable condo in a really cool complex. Loved the pool, lazy river, and hot tubs. The beach access was the best I've used. The check-in and checkout process was easy quick. Don't hesitate, book the trip!

Perfect Getaway for the Holiday!
We arrived at the beginning of our stay to a very clean condo with all the furnishings and kitchenware you could imagine. Providing the bed linens and towels was a plus as well as starter kits for all the bathrooms. On the second day, we had the internet/wi-fi become glitchy to a point where we weren’t able to watch TV, but I emailed Coastal and they got it fixed so quickly. They even sent a Cox Comm technician out and it was back up and running in no time. Thankful for the fast service. Overall, the vacation was great spending time with family and friends. Kids had a great time at the pools and ocean as well as going across to the arcade. Great host for a great stay! Would definitely stay again!

Our family rented multiple units and they were all great. Ours was as advertised. Kid friendly and in a great spot. Lots to do. Super clean and easy to access. Would definitely rent again.

Shabby and construction!
It’s the little things that make it feel “shabby”; glass in door of media cabinet gone, knobs off on media cabinet and cabinet in bunk room, crown molding doesn’t go to end of wall, paint peeling on closet door badly. Large cranes outside terrace doors for painting, putting terrace furniture in our unit for painting, all unacceptable. Left early.

We love this little condo!
We have stayed in this condo many times over the years booking with different owners. We booked again in January of ‘22. It has been a few years since we have been able to rebook and we loved the new updates. We really want to book again as soon as possible. ❤️❤️

Had a great time, not enough time. They go so fast you know. Palm trees blocked alot of veiw.
We understand about palm trees. The rest of the trip was great. Condo looked good and was very comfortable. Thanks for the extra sheets and blanket, that we never used. But anyway, hope it was no trouble.

What a great location!!!
Very nice & clean! So convenient to the beach & the multiple pools! The lazy river is the greatest ever!!! I never had a problem finding somewhere to park & being on the second floor overlooking the AMAZING pool, especially at night, was the best!!!!

25th Anniversary... awesome location
Wife and I celebrated our 25 anniversary and Gulfside 209 was perfect! We enjoyed the closeness of the pool, beach and many walkable restaurants and bars!! Wonderful place to just hang out and relax with no real plan... it was exactly what we needed and hoped for. Thanks!!!

Perfect Location
Walking distance to the beach and pools. We could not ask for more! Very comfortable and much larger than we expected with 2 full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Thank you!

First time at this property
We absolutely LOVED the location of this room. Within walking distance of many restaurants, the pier and the Gulfarium. The amenities are great, beautiful pool on Bayside and Gulfside. The room was great but you can definitely tell the pictures were taken when the room was brand new (understandably). The room is a little worn down and in need of a little TLC. Nothing major but for example the couches and their pillows are very very worn, the kitchen counter is stained from many years of use, we kept having to fix the curtain in front of the sliding glass door because the drapery rod kept detaching from the curtain to pull it. Just a bunch of small things but the room could use a little freshening up to match the quality of "new and fresh" depicted by the pictures. The cleanliness was alright. There were lots of little handprints and slobber smears on all the glass within reach of a little one. Which isn't the end of the world. From what we could tell everything else was clean but it just puts a thought in your mind of "well if the glass/windows weren't cleaned, what else was skipped". Overall it was a great trip and a nice room.

On the beach in a five minute walk from door to sand. Having chairs and umbrella set-up included was great. Beds were comfortable. Tv and wifi worked well. Wish it were a bit cleaner, but was still a great stay.

Great condo
Great family vacation. Loved the condo. Felt very homey. Check in process was the best. There was no need for a check in. Everything was already taken care of, and we literally walked in and out condo bracelets were waiting. Had a bump with the toilet running, but it was fixed within a few hours of notification. Would highly recommend this beautiful condo and the owners were on point with everything. Thanks.
