Fantastic staff. Very professional and helpful. Property is a little run down and not what I would expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites. The bathtub seal is black around the edges & there is damage to the bathroom floor from a previous apparent leak. The hallway carpeting is visibly dirty. I was looking forward to a soak in the tub, but I will definitely skip it.

This wonderful lakefront of cottage was the perfect setting for our family get together. From the moment we walked thru the home, we could tell that no expense had been spared in making sure our stay would be memorable and relaxing. The home was clean, stocked with quality linens on the beds and both bathrooms had plenty of towels and bath supplies in the linen closet. The kitchen had all the utensils, cookware and appliances for preparing full meals. The living area was comfortable and welcoming and even had an electric recliner for my elderly father to relax in. There were games, puzzles and cards for entertainment as well. The outside area was where we spent the majority of our time. From the kayaks available to use on the lake, the Cornhole and other yard games stored in the shed and firewood stocked and dry for use at the fire pit...we were just blown away. We did fish off the dock every day and caught white bass, small mouth bass and catfish. We did have our own fishing poles that we brought from home. Overall this selection for our family vacation home was a win-win for all. And the best part was the tremendous communication and support we received from the owner of the property. This was a perfect setting for an amazing week and we hope to be back in the future!

We were located on the 4th floor on the side by the highway. It was very noisy all night long. Other than that the trip was very good. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

I really appreciated the staff and the property. I was in town for a 40 year high school reunion and felt safe, comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful - breakfast was good - room was so so comfy!

Needs updating!
This place needs updating! Carpet in hallways were filthy. Black mold/mildew around tub….baseboards and window dirty….UGH. No freezer in refrigerator, no microwave, toilet flapper leaking, pool was cold because they were adding cold water. Breakfast was good.

The AC did not seem to work properly, i had it set to 66 and was sweating at night. Seemed like the fan would only run once every 30 min. Areas of mold in bathroom. Cricket in bathroom. Odd smell like an older house. Bathroom seemed grimy.

The bed was super comfortable. There was some kind of candy bar pieces on the bathroom floor. Stains on the bedding. Carpet was questionable as well. Someone was smoking pot on our floor when we walked in. Not a terrible place to stay but expected better.

The carpets in the hotel were filthy. The road noise outside the hotel made it hard to sleep. I felt the springs in the mattress. There was no microwave in the room. You had to use a phone to call to get help at the front desk. I won’t stay here again.

We were visiting from Scotland, we did not feel welcome, we waited for a while at reception before someone came to attend to us.The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean.The breakfast choices were very poor,and cold..there was also ants all over the floor in the eating area..when we checked out,we never was asked if we had enjoyed our stay,or asked if everything was ok

Strong odor, very musty. Mold in the bathrooms ripped screens on the windows. Refrigerator would not open because it was too big for the cabinet it was placed in. Expected a basic room for one night but the condition was not good.

I recently stayed at this property and found it to be clean, safe, and quiet. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The fridge in the room was damaged, though it was still functional. The toilet ran continuously and clogged easily, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there were unfinished holes in the walls that clearly needed repair. Overall, while the stay was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and safety, some maintenance improvements are definitely needed.

Overall, property was ok, close to a lot of things. However, there never seems to be anyone at the front desk. Checked in on a Thursday, room didnt get attended to until Sunday after raising concerns to front desk. Room had a musty smell and floors were sticky. Will not stay at this property again.
