The Hyatt Place Bethlehem was great for our Girls Getaway Trip this weekend. Both of our rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was one of the best ones of any hotel we’ve stayed at. Sausage, potatoes, french toast sticks, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, English muffins, cereal, fruit, muffins, donuts, yogurt, coffee, tea, oj and apple juice. Really a great perk staying there. Although, $12 for parking isn’t a terrible price, it cost $48 for 2 cars to be parked for 2 nights. I feel that hotel guests should have parking included, since the rooms aren’t cheap. It wouldn’t stop me from planning another stay there though. Highly recommend this hotel which also has a gym and a pool, full size shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and is in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Basically one minute outside of Main Street. Great place!

We liked the location of the Hyatt Place hotel as we were only a few blocks away from the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, where we attended my brother's evening wedding. Due to the cold whether, my daughters and I decided to take an Uber to an from the wedding venue. Earlier in the day, we had the opportunity to walk and take a look at some of the local shops in the area. The hotel was clean and overall the room was nice. However, we were next door to the ice machine and found the room to be quite noisy. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel and overall it was relatively easy to park and walk to the hotel (the parking lot could benefit from having better signage though). The hotel offers complementary breakfast which is convenient, but I found to food to be disappointing. The scrambled eggs were nasty, the bacon bits were very dry. The oatmeal was edible if you add nuts and fruit. Nevetheless, we would stay at this hotel again but would probably have breakfast elsewhere.

We were very happy with our room at Hyatt - clean and nicely laid out. Our only draw back was that we got an end room that must have been too close to the mechanical equipment. There was a loud hum in the bed area the whole time we were there and was annoying when we were trying to sleep. We would stay there again as it was a very nice hotel.

Given the brand & per diem price for a room at this hotel, the breakfast food quality should be healthier & more expansive. The use of powdered eggs is extremely cheap. Further, there should be early evening snacks available given the brevity of breakfast offering.

Very walkable location. Good free breakfast. Friendly staff, but multiple problems with the check-in process and they told us the next day that they had not checked us in correctly and they had put us in as a “no show” in the computer which then created multiple minor issues during our stay.

We had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel in the heart of Bethlehem. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Spacious room, but overall an average hotel
We stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was an average experience. The room was spacious, and we were able to get one that didn’t face the garage, as requested. The parking fee was $12. We didn’t use the shower because the curtain had visible stains and didn’t look clean. The bathroom overall was quite dated, and the sink was located outside the bathroom. The lobby was freezing cold. The employees were nice, but understandably, they looked like they were freezing.

Room was spacious and very nice. No parking on site. Parking garage was across the street which isn’t very convenient if you forget something in your vehicle. Also charged $12 for parking. Front desk clerk wasn’t friendly and wasn’t very helpful. Was in walking distance to downtown Christmas festival which was mice!

Overall our stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast in the morning was better than most hotels we've stayed at. Rooms were very clean and more than enough room for us. The only issue i had was parking. Parking garage across the street not attached to the hotel which made it difficult and inconvenient for loading and unliading bags especially in the rainstorm they had during our stay. We paid for parking up front and reimbursed on departure. Besides that i would stay here again in the future.
