I ordered some rooms for my friends, and one of them had some breakfast, but the reception staff mistakenly couldn't find it, so we missed three breakfast. Then I spork to another receptionist in the evening and he found the room, however, he said they couldn't give us the refound €24.

Great budget hotel
Very nice, clean and quiet basic hotel at a great price. Convenient to Frankfurt Main train station. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Perfect for the budget traveler.

When I arrived to the hotel they outright informed me I had no reservation. It turned out I did. Next morning they outright informed me the breakfast is not included in the price. It was. I stayed for three nights. The towels were not changed during my stay; instead the wet towels were folded daily on my bed. I have stayed in a number of hotels around the world. This was not - by far - the cheapest. But it was - by far - the worst. It is conveniently located right next to the train station, but their service is of the most low quality.

The area, Bahnhofsviertel, is not the most pleasant in Frankfurt, but, at least, during daylight hours it felt reasonably safe. The inside of the hotel, in contrast with the neighbourhood, was surprisingly spotless. The luggage storage didn't feel sufficiently safe to me as the bag was to be left right by the reception desk, not locked away somewhere, which, given some of the characters around the area, didn't seem a good idea. I chose to keep my stuff in a locker in the Hauptbahnhof even if I had to pay a fee for it.

The hotel feel like a hostel. It was dirty and we felt unsafe; we heard girls screaming and we left right after check-in. Don’t stay here!

Good location
I have stayed here before but this was the first time in the back building. because I was on the ground floor I could hear people crossing the yard and entering the building. Security lights also flashed on. I was surprised to see the wash basin had a crack in it. The personnel whom I had contact with were pleasant and helpful. the location was good for an early morning flight.

Nice and good hotel
Good and pleasant staying here although the building looks old. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We were given 4-bedded room even though we booked for 3 persons (family). We are allowed to keep our luggage there after checking out. Very convenient and comfortable.
