Very convenient location, about 5mins walk to Hakata station, and easy to walk to Canal City. Not every staff can speak English but they are all super helpful! Comfortable stay!:)

The set breakfast menu of 2 Japanese options and 1 American option led to limited choice and wastage of unwanted food. We feel that selection of breakfast from a checklist would be better. The location, near the station and a shopping center is great. Five minutes by subway to the airport.

Great Staff, Very good location (close to Hakata Station), Cleaning Staff were accomadating and helpful. This is our second stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed the second time. We really like the staff who were so kind and helpful. For about $10 you can have have breakfast at the restaurant next door. The Japanese style breakfast is extraordinary. The "American" style is pretty good too. Room is small but comfortable. Bed was perfect.

the hotel is like a 2 minute walk away from hakata station. the staff is very frendly and room was spacious although a little bit outdated but clean and quiet. can def recommend it!
