We stayed for 3 nights and room service only came up once only after we asked the front desk to send someone up. She came as we were getting dressed so we asked her to come back in 30 mins, we left for Disneyland and came back and our room was never cleaned.

The property was great. The staff was lovely. Transportation to the parks we did not care for the ART bus. Lyft was fine. My only problem was the hot tub was disgusting and I did tell the property manager.

Property was clean. The Josie level has horrible. The housekeepers at 7am were very chatty in the halls but loud and lol. That’s ridiculous! The street noise is also very loud. You would think they would have better sound proof. We had 1/2 a toilet paper and requested another which never made it to our room. Will not stay in this hotel again.

Only negatives was that we had a loose toilet seat and that our room wasn't cleaned on the 1st service day due to the staff falling behind on that day. The bed sheets didn't quite fit the new beds, but they stayed on most of the time. All just minor issues. Would stay there again.
