Would recommend staying here
Check in was quick easy and friendly. Wasn’t sure what to expect with the room since it was first time staying there but was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect. We could walk to restaurants and bars and even went all the way down to marina. We will definitely stay there again

The property is well located and a short walk to Old Town. The parking is convenient and the staff is good. However, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear the upstairs guests like they're in the same room. Our room was located next to the laundry where the washer was running much of the night and made it very difficult to sleep. Will most likely not come back and would suggest others look around for a better option.

We loved our stay! The staff was nice and helpful. The property was clean and our room was spacious. We had a riverview wiich I higly recommend. Its peaceful and we even saw a seal in the water. It was next to great little shops and the best meal I have ever had at the local restaurant down the way. I honestly can not say enough about how much we loved our stay.

We loved the location! Steps from the historic Old Town full of great restaurants and shops! Breakfast had many options and a very helpful attendant. We were in a basic room (not water view) for one night, not updated, but it worked just great!

It was very interesting staying by the bridge and on the river. The bridge was noisy but beautiful. The deck was great and we loved watching the leisure fishing boats go by. Many restaurants close by to walk in the cute Old Town.

I loved the shower and the view of the river was very nice. I have trouble sleeping in a new place so I didn't expect to sleep well but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable! It was not nearly soft enough so I found myself waking up every hour in pain from what felt like I was sleeping on concrete.

We checked in online and arrived at that time. The front desk person said that the website was an hour early so we had to wait. My husband went to use the restroom and when he came out the front desk person said his room was ready and gave him the key so we proceeded to the room. When we got there with our luggage the front desk person came barging in all frustrated and asking if we had touched anything. Then he scolded me by saying he told me it would be an hour (he had given the key to my husband in less than an hour). Our friends who were in the lobby saw all this commotion where he blamed my husband for taking another couple’s keys to their room instead of explaining to them that he had mistakenly given it to him. We ended up having to wait significantly later than the 1 hour like he told us. Our friends who ordered the same room and arrived after us were able to check in before us. The front desk person was so rude, unprofessional, and had childlike tantrums yelling at us. We and our friends will never stay there again.

Excellent access to Old Town Florence! Bridge traffic noise is bothersome, close windows to reduce noise which eliminates cooling breeze ventilation. EV charging should be 'free' @ room pricing, requires J-1772 charging plug. Overall pricing is high if Old-Town Florence is not your priority.

Definitely shows its age- they seem to be fixing it up in some areas. Location is convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. People are very nice and helpful. Picture is deceiving as to appearance. Do not see river unless you pay more for a River view room. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Same every day. Had hoped for a nicer array. Again kudos to nice people. Hotel is “squeezed in” between other buildings. But did enjoy we could walk to restaurants and shops

Sarah was awesome! She helped us get a room when we arrived a day early, unbeknown to us. Sorry about that. She also came to our room quickly when I told her our sink had been clogged all day, when if fact the stopper was simply not out all the way to let water drain. We stayed one night during our travel down the coast. The view of the water and bridge was nice, although there is traffic noise from the bridge. You are able to walk up the block and enjoy the oldest area and marina in Florence.
