Beautiful stone fireplace along with exquisite furniture accompany the living room with Balcony .Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Keurig Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster, Dishes, Pots and Pans are included . Unit is on 5th floor next to Elevator. Gorgeous Views of Downtown and Mountains, not to mention the Space Needle that is beautifully lit at night. Elevator and stair accessible. Outdoor community Pool/Hot Tub available during permitting seasons. No pets allowed except service animals. Unit is across the street from Ober Gatlinburg. We have a Tower Elevator that will take you down 55’ into the Quality Inn Parking Garage where you have access to wonderful Restaurants and Shopping. Within walking distance to all of Downtown Gatlinburg.Very close proximity to Convention Center, Wax Museum, Cade's Cove, Chair Lift and many other family-friendly attractions, Culligan Filtration Water System. Nice centrally located condo
Easy to get down to everything in Gatlinburg when the rear elevator to the street level is working. 3 of our 4 people have mobility issues and this time the elevator was not working. This is the first time in 10-12 years of staying in these condos that this has happened but it made quite a difference walking up and down to the street. Condo is nice although its time to start replacing the couches as they are showing wear. Beds were good and overall its a nice stay.

Beautiful Condo
Summit Manor Condos are the perfect location for walking the Gatlinburg Parkway strip. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Host had great communication. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the elevator. The walk up and down the drive to the Parkway is steep. We have stayed there before and knew of this so it was not an issue for us-good exercise! Would stay there again.

Amazing stay AGAIN!
We love love love our annual trip to Sarah's condo. Her communication is off the charts, even though we've never even met. We were afraid this year was going to move us to another condo due to the air conditioning needing repair but Sarah was FANTASTIC at getting the HVAC people there just in time. We checked in a little later than we normally do to give them time to get the AC fixed. Everything about this condo is fantastic and we'll see you next year, Summit Manor! Thank you again Sarah for going above and beyond to make our 6th stay with you comfortable. We love your place and we love you for always being such an amazing host!

Renter beware
Upon arrival we surveyed the property and found that “soap” was not provided as per the listing under bathrooms. Upon contacting the host we were told they do not provide soap. Next we discovered the condo was 82 degrees. We contacted the host again. They informed us “a friend” was coming to service the AC on Sunday as general maintenance. Their resolution was for us to move everyone and our belongings to their “ personal condo”. They did not offer to have a licensed HVAC company to come out and make repairs, thus we slept in an abnormally hot condo as we did not feel comfortable moving into someone’s personal space.

Communication with owner throughout the process was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better location... Condo is very near everything downtown. Same the condo itself was immaculate and very well maintained. Beautifully decorated even had a Christmas tree. Everything we could possibly need was there and everything worked as it's should. Great Location
Location was great for access to the park without having to fight the traffic. We were able to walk to anywhere in Gatlinburg that we wanted to go and tried a few of restaurants suggested by the owner. The bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, shower worked great, there were plenty of TV channels and there was never a problem finding parking. We would definitely stay here again.
