Always stay here when in Gettysburg, Pa. Place is always clean, safe & comfortable. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Only negative, knob on heat lamp in shower was missing. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Facility needs upgrades. The staff shines here!
While the staff was amazing and tended to our every need, the facility was in disrepair poorly maintained. The carpets were stained and discolored, the room was musty and the fan to the air conditioning unit would only stay on while the temperature stayed above 65°. So no the mustiness lingered. The bathtub floor was tapered in such a way that it was difficult to stand in it. The pool was grimy with chipped paint and black flecks and slime floating in the water. The complementary breakfast was varied and well kept. Choices were: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, Belgian waffles, assorted pastries, cold cereal, fruit, juices, and yogurts. The breakfast dining room was bright and well kept.

There was a cockroach in the first room. The mattress was firm just the way I like it.and I guess it's breakfast but I took and apple and hit it.

My stay was pretty good. My only complaint was the cable/DTV did not offer many channels. I would have liked more channels. Bed was comfortable. 1.5 miles away from the main drag in Gettysburg.

The rooms are dated, not especially clean, definitely need a renovation, the mattresses were not comfortable and the breakfast was subpar. Not worth the money paid.

This prop is listed on Expedia as 8.7. There is no way this property deserves an 8.7. This places needs a major overhaul. Odd smell, molding coming off, plaster in the pool is coming off.the room was supposed to have two queen beds, i believe they were fulls. For $180, i expected more. Very disappointing for Expedia to have this listened as 8.7.

Checking in was super easy but it quickly went down hill after that. Room seemed ok at first. But when I was suddenly awakened by something crawling on my head in the middle of the night that was it. Turns out it was a cockroach. So gross. I immediately showered, packed and vacated the premises. Buyer beware here.

This was a really good experience, the staff was really nice and kept our room clean with clean towels. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. The only bad thing was we did see 2 bugs what time we was there i did kill them and it is to be expected considering they r very busy
