Could not be more helpful
Only met one member of staff and she was absolutely fantastic!! I asked her for a bit of help as my fiance was in surgery for the day which is why we had to stay over and the women was absolutely amazing could not be more helpful with us she is an absolute credit to your company!

Room was extremely small and had to crawl over my partner to get into the bed. Hardly any room for carry on and backpack Good this we are not overweight or it would never accommodate two people. Would not book this room again.

Nice hotel, good location. Room is compact but fine for a couple just staying a night or two, there's a comfy bed and WiFi. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which is a real let down. Instead you have to go to the first floor and pay £3.20 for one cup of tea! Disappointing, it's little things like that which mean I won't be staying again.

Stayed here in Glasgow for our Honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was a great stopping and staging point for us with our busy schedule. Comfortable place to stay, would recommend to all and will seek out other branches to stay at in other cities.
