Beautiful apartment with great locations. Walking distance to most of the places/restaurant we wish to visit. We managed to see a bit of the New Year fireworks. It is a pity that most of it got blocked by Hilton and Pepper Soul near by. Would be perfect if toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner are readily available like some other apartments that we have stayed in prior.

Great location, easy access to beach however I would have preferred great service which we didn’t get for the coin you’re spending. There was alot of miscommunication around the check-in process if you do it outside 3pm to 5pm. While booking on Expedia it doesn’t disclose these little details that can make the experience unpleasant.

Pros: Overall good… great convenient location.. modern looking unit. Designated parking bay. Cons: lifts are slow and can be stuffy. Hallways are smelly and muggy. (Needs some airflow through it) Apartment can be noisy at times

Very central property. Walking distance to shops, dining and beaches. Transport was right at your doorstep if you didn’t have your own. Rooms were large, clean, very tidy, had everything you needed. Complex was wonderful, several pools, games room for the children, sauna, spa pool.. all in all a wonderful stay.

A bit loud on Saturday night due to being on one of the lower floors. Spacious unit with well equipped kitchen. Nice view of water. Not the cleanest accommodation with dust around doors, dead cockroach on balcony, etc but not filthy either. Undercover car parking spot included which is a bonus

We were left not even 1 full roll of toilet paper for 4 guests. TV very poor could hardly see picture. Had to ask for batteries for remote control. Trouble opening bathroom door. Long gap/nails where carpet didnt meet outside slider. Overall a very disappointing first stay usung Q Stays we will not use again.

Altho the view and sounding areas were nice and the hotel room itself looked nice. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for a near 2 week stay enough dishwashing liquid and washing powder 1 one load. There were dirty dishes left over from the last people coffee mugs that hadnt been cleaned just been put back on the shelf glasses with lipstick marks. There was even chewed gum in the fake pot plant on the deck. We were also told we would get complimentary wine and chocolate as this was out honeymoon which we also did not get. I wouldve call to ask for more supplies however they do not answer there phone. So youd think ok go see reception execpt you legit have to walk to the other building on this journey you walk past a woolworths so it was easier to go buy the stuff myself.
