The lobby was nice but the room was so dusty that's a layer would come off when you touched the walls. My allergies were awful. They really need to deep clean more often. Location and breakfast were great. Pool was okay.

Excellent staff
From our first encounter with the hotel staff they showed their commitment to service. Organising an early check-in and a request to change rooms. This commitment to service continued throughout our stay of three nights. The food was excellent from the breakfast through to the day time meals. A pleasure to stay at this hotel.

We had a great time! The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were great. The booking system for the pool/ breakfast etc. was quick and easy to use. A little annoying that you need to book if you want house keeping to visit your room, and the cleanliness after they’d been was inconsistent, but apart from that it was all great! Breakfast was very yummy too!!

Nice hotel, great location, very good value
It's a nice hotel in a great location that offers very good value for money. Breakfast could be improved in that we got a bit tired of the offering by the 3rd morning. Sausages and meatballs not that tasty. Vanilla yoghurt also not great. Very tasty bread though. We wasn't aware that on the Monday (our last day), that Breakfast finished at 10. This was no problem for me as we was sat for 9:30 but at 9:46 a waitress tried to move us into the bar area as they were starting to clear the tables. I refused and stated that I'd spent 20 minutes preparing the breakfast table for my family and the time I'd spend moving everything with 2 kids with us would be the same as the time it would take us to finish. Waitress shoukd have a think about how to best solve this kind of situation next time.
