Amazing and friendly staff. I loved everyone there. I didn’t receive any Expedia VIP upgrade but when I mentioned it at checkout they apologized and gave me a bottle of champagne to take home.

Fácil acesso, cordialidade, receptivo ótimo, limpeza do quarto e locais comuns ótimos, café da manhã muito bom, hall de entrada com lareira que é ativada quando está bem frio, café, chá, chocolate quente e mimos na recepção. Copa comum para esquentar uma água ou preparos pessoais. Enfim foi achado de uma excelente opção custo benefício em uma região ótima de Gramado. Saiamos a pé.

O atendimento excelente e de alto nível prestado por praticamente todos os funcionários do hotel fez dessa uma das melhores experiências que já tivemos com hotéis, se não a melhor. Todos foram extremamente simpáticos e solícitos o tempo todo, o quarto mesmo tendo pegado o básico foi excelente. Não importa o frio do lado de fora, o quarto se mantém em excelente temperatura mesmo sem utilização do ar. O café da manhã simplesmente sensacional. Tudo muito bem feito, de excelente qualidade, uma variedade de bolos e tortas que só vi lá, e a qualidade deles altíssima. Eu teria que me esforçar muito e ser muito chato para encontrar algo a reclamar. Na recepção tem um chocolate quente 24h que foi uma surpresa sensacional. O serviço do hotel é simplesmente impecável.

O hotel é fantástico ! O atendimento excelente ! Todos muito simpáticos e educados . 2ª vez que venho a Gramado e me hospedo neste hotel. Só acho que na descrição da reserva do hotéis.com deveríamos ser avisados da taxa de serviço . Não é obrigatório. Mas acredito que todos se sentem constrangidos em descobrir no check out essa taxa além da taxa obrigatória de turismo .
