Our stay was lovely. We went to a wedding close by so location really ticked the box. Staff are wonderful and no request was unable to be actioned. You need to ask for an iron and ironing board as they are not going n the room. They have a lift which was great as we were in the 4th floor

Staff were very welcoming snd friendly at reception. The room was spacious, clean and aircon was very welcome. The bed was lage and comfortable. The pub was delightful. Our waitress was so very attentive but seemed to be very over worked. She took our order and brought our drinks. The food was tasty and fresh. Unfortunately when we requested desert from another waitress she walked away, without replying. We noticed she'd gone to find our original waitress who had been put on fridge cleaning. After waiting 15 minutes, we went for buns to the coop. Breakfast the next day was the best buffet breakfast we've had. Tasty hot and plentiful. The staff were helpful and on hand. Overall 10/10, just the niggle over our poor overworked waitress.

The room was very noisy, Hotel is just around the corner from motorway. We had to keep the window shut all night, otherwise it would have been impossible to get any sleep. I did ask for quiet room........

Ideal place to stay when in the area
Ideal for us visiting Darenth Valley Hospital. Very clean spacious rooms and friendly staff would definitely stay again when visiting family
