Have stayed here about six or so times in the last two years and our stays are generally enjoyable and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. This stay, upon check-in, the fridge in our room wasn't working, so we were given another room. On at least one previous stay, the fridge also was not working. Also on night of check-in, we got stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes, which wasn't surprising given there have been elevator problems on one of our previous stays, though not involving us. Also on previous visits, we've noticed elevator rides are occasionally a bit herky jerky, giving impression they are old.

I was there for a short stay visiting a friend near by. The hotel room was clean, and tidy and comfortable. Wasn't sure how to turn the lights on but figure it out lol. Found ice on the floor i was on, wish there was water that went with it, other then having to purchase it. Thats ok though, used the tap water. I went downstair into the lobby there was water when you arrived. was able to look around, the pool look fun. Was excited for breakfast that they had to offer the next day, but unfortunailty i wasnt able to stay till the morning, i had to check out the same day but around midnight or so. The staff was friendly and welcoming and polite , always has a smile on their faces. Hope to come back again, one day.

The room that was assigned to us had a very very dirty bathroom. There was poop and pee splashes on the toilet. Although we were tired and arrived late, we switched to another room. This time bathroom was clean but there was dirt and hair on the pillows and sheets. The coach in the room was covered stains. The room had a good coffee machine.

Last minute stay
This hotel was just what my family needed. We were travelling in for a trip to Toronto and decided to drive up to Canada a day early. We booked last minute for a great rate and were pleasantly surprised. Hotel is super easy to get to, right off the highway, it was very clean, the staff was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay great. They even gave us a plastic bag for our wet bathing suits after swimming. Breakfast was delicious with something for all of our picky eaters. The nice lady filling the area found the last box of frosted flakes for my little guy and made his day! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Overnight GO convenience
Overnight to take the GO to Toronto for a concert. Good location. Quick check in. Room clean but bed a bit hard. Self service included breakfast was fair. Coffee was good.

Room was “cleaned” only once and didn’t look like it was. If you charge 3 days , the rooms choice be serviced every day. I don’t think the washroom was cleaned. The bed was not properly done as well

Overall, good value for money. Air conditioner was very loud, but the room (especially the bed) was very comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. Pool was at a nice temperature, staff were friendly, helpful and honest. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious and well prepared. Our room was conveniently located and (mostly) quiet. Highly recommend!
