Took 25 min to check in, clerk was not trained. Coffee tasted bad, biscuits were rock hard, gravy tasted bad. Mirror in room was dirty. Insufficient towels in room, had to request more. Sink drain very slow. The cost was very reasonable.

Extremely outdated & unkept…even for the price.
Very outdated hotel. Didn’t expect a lot for the price but still not acceptable: bedding had been laundered but still had stains on, refrigerator had not been plugged in & smelled awful, light in bathroom was broken & flickered. No ice machine anywhere on second floor. Hotel was recently purchased & is no longer a Best Western but this website didn’t indicate that & drove past it several times looking for it. Hopefully the new chain will do a huge renovation. Continental breakfast was okay.

Customer service is more than being greeted by a smile. When we checked in we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. When we notified the front desk the immediately gave us a comparable or better room. Then checked on us to be sure we were OK. The true measure of customer service is how you react when problems do happen. They responded excellently.
