Booked 2 queen beds, but got a king bed and a pull down bed. Disappointed! Checkin took 1 hr…didn’t know this is a time share property, they started doing their marketing and before I can understand, they signed me up for a 2 hrs property tour! No housekeeping provided! Mattresses were very uncomfortable. A lesson learned!

Every thing was good only thing I didn’t like is that if u rent a villa with a driveway it’s first come first serve so u might be staying in one villa but u have to park at somebody else villa

The property is huge. It takes at least 7 to 8 minutes to drive from the entrance to your room if you are staying on the east village section. Everything was comfortable at the property. You need a car when you visit this property.

The amenities were great. The bathrooms inside our 2 bedroom villa were both dirty especially the showers and floors. There was someone elses hair all over the curtain and tubs. I really wanted to use the jet spa but... Other than that the property is nice and fun.

Room was dirty. Not cleaned properly. Floors were filthy. Ants and roaches everywhere. Baseboards and vents full of dust. Fridge didnt work. Soap scum all over shower head. Even found someones old crusty contact lenses on the floor next to one of the beds! Disgusting
