The early check-in option was confirmed on the phone before making the reservation, but once I was there, no chance; after 1 hour of waiting there was a chance for early check-in paying an additional 50. There was no option to use any of the business areas to work while waiting, as it was inside the hotel. They barely let me use the lobby sofa to work while I waited. Pet-friendly, but there were no clear advertising cost conditions; there was an exception for service animals. Surprisingly, they didn't accept the scanned certificate; only the hard original was accepted.

The experience is awesome. Location is close to the airport and it’s just several minutes walk to get car rental. Service is also good. My room got hot water issues, the hotel resolved quickly and offered free breakfast. It’s highly recommended!

Our only complaint was the water pressure and temperature in the shower. The water pressure was immensely low and there was absolutely no hot water, even turning it on to the max “hot” level, it was still spitting cold water. There was a fan in the bathroom but no way to turn it on.

Cleanness is at satisfactory level except the air con unit is dusty. Staff are quite friendly. It will be great if breakfast could be included. It’s definitely a must return option.
