Mr Alex and his team eg Anna, Mia are people whom you would love to meet especially when you are on holiday in a different country. They made you feel you at home and almost like your friends who are always willing to help!

Location was perfect for going around the old quarter. Surrounded by many lovely cafes and shops and close to the lake. The room was attended to daily and was lovely coming back to a clean room after a busy day exploring. We felt very safe and the thing that stood out from our stay was how friendly and accomodating the staff were - they really did everything to make our stay extra wonderful and it was so nice to celebrate my birthday with them! Breakfast was also great wide variety of foods and there was more than plenty to go round.

The service was excellent, the property was old and the bathrooms a bit grungy, plumbing issues, the restaurant and free breakfast were actually in another hotel a block and a half away. The property looked nothing like the pictures on travel sites, and the reviews, in hindsight, look faked. We would never stay there again. The only saving grace was that the staff was excellent.

Everything was perfect, the room condition was great, the bed was spacious and fluffy, so I was able to sleep comfortably, and all the staff were so kind, and I was so happy that I picked up the comforts of home. I couldn't eat breakfast because of departure, so I was impressed by Anna staff who worried about me and prepared a packed lunch. Hang, Mia staff Thank you and thank you. I want to go to Hanoi again and I want to stay at this hotel again.
